It's just my opinion, you can do it what you want: The guy with the pink dragon head doesn't quite fit in with it. It would look better if he wore a hat, headscarf or hair. I would leave off the shoulder flaps on the captain's. He only wears a vest and no coat or jacket. What do you think? Thanks Mate And thanks for the Feedback. Yes the pufferfish-helmet looks a bit out of place. But i really like it maybe because its out of place.. The shoulder flaps i may remove. It should be a reminder for himself (the Captain) that some time ago he was in the navy. Like some Nostalgic approach. In my mind they would be very loosly attached to the former uniform (a uniform cut in pieces and discoloured by salty water, sunshine ...) Quote

Not the best picture. I think i will post a updated one next week or so. The Captain: Captain Ursus is famous for driving himself into difficult Situations. Here you see him stranded on a little island, behind him a big freakwave holding a grenade going to charge... The Crew: His trusty crew. The "Barracuda" behind is only the Placeholder. Quite good - I like this guy with the tall hat. Has some kind of Voodoo flavour! Quote

Legostein Posted June 26, 2022 Posted June 26, 2022 So, here's my pirate crew! All figures have been assembled in order to have a "classic" look. In the background you see their brigantine. Quote

I am watching what's going on there for over a year. However, I never really understood the game mechanics there. Anyway how often I read the introduction threads, it is very complicated for a person not involved to understand this. There are so many great MOCs in this forum! I find it a little sad that most of them are not posted in the MOC forum as well. I am sure many people would admire the great builds of the BotBS gaming group. True, it does seem a bit complicated at first blush, but it really isn't. If you decide to give it a go at some point, check out this thread: and figure out what faction appeals to you. Then, post your minifig with backstory in the main Intro thread, announce the faction you want to join, and you'll have plenty of faction members who will help you navigate the game mechanics. Typically posting a small ship and a small land-based build of some sort will set you up to start doing everything in the game. Quote
evancelt Posted July 10, 2022 Posted July 10, 2022 Agreed, would love to have you in the game @Legostein! Quote
