I'm glad to show you my last creation, even though I did build it already one year ago.  It is my second 16 studs wide modular building.

Finally I have made some time to make and share the pictures. If only I had some more photography skills... :look:

It's a record store with an apartment above.

The Records logo certainly looks great at that scale

Love the interior colors / parts as well.

Lovely little build... I especially like the interior. Great use of all those decorated tiles as LPs!! (I like the sign too!)

Nice work... thanks for sharing.

Excellent 16-wide shop building. Its funny how all of the 2x2 tiles are believable album artwork given the strange choices often seen in real life. Bold choice for the first floor color as well, it works perfectly for a record store. Excellent work.

Ok! I've seen a lot of interesting buildings on Eurobricks recently. But this his to be one of the best I have seen. Good Job!

this looks Great!

the colors are in very good harmony!

greetings!

Thank you all very much for your nice comments!

I designed the building in LEGO Digital Designer, where colors look different than in real bricks. Using some of my bricks and parts as reference, I'm very satisfied how the color scheme finally turned out.

This type of architecture (I guess it fits under art deco), with the tiled facade and broad windows, is ubiquitous over here. I always thought those buildings were rather boring, but then the idea grew on me it could fit perfectly with a record store. These buildings come with sloped roofs, but I decided to give mine a flat roof as I thought it would look better, especially along the official modular buildings.

Awesome brick-built shop sign! And a nice selection of colours too.

The interior of the record shop is also really well done!

Very well done! I really like the "records" sign! Interiour and colours are well chosen! :)

Thank you all for the nice comments.

I'm pretty proud of the "Records" sign. I have tried out several words with different building techniques and this one was just great, in a style I haven't seen before. I'm glad you like it!

Thank you both for the nice comments! I'm glad you like it!

The decorated tiles brought me to designing this building. Some of them were designed as albums and others just lend themself for such use. I'm keeping an eye out for such tiles in the future to add them to the store.

Can someone please share instructions for the letters here. I have been struggling for a few weeks, trying to figure it out. No matter what I do, there is always a small gap that leaves the tiles a bit loose.

It's a bracket piece that's missing!

I made you this picture:
