Posted April 17, 20204 yr Hi recently I’ve noticed my Emerald Night motor/gear will bind if used in reverse at any moderate speed. I’m sure the wheels are put together correctly ie 3 and 12 o’clock positions, I’ve readjusted a few time’s. The first (bottom) picture shows the wheel placement. The second (top) picture shows how it binds, the wheel piston gets stuck on an angle as shown. Is there any way to fix this? Doesn’t appear to be a problem going forwards. April 17, 20204 yr There is an extensive set of "things to fix" on the EN in one of the old railbricks issues found here: https://brickmodelrailroader.com/index.php/download-railbricks/ (I don't have time right now to find which one but post back if you can't find it) The first thing I would try is temporarily disabling the cylinders by removing that 6 long technic liftarm. The technic axle "piston" might be binding.
