Sure, but they‘re part of the Speed Champions theme, which is all about accuracy to real life cars. The two confirmed movie cars are slightly modified versions of real ones, so they‘re fair game. The same cannot be said for every movie car out there  Some are either entirely custom or so heavily modified the real car is not easily identifiable anymore. I don‘t mind personally, I just question if those fit the SC brand. Some SC fans are already upset

Frankly, I don't give a damn if SC fans are upset.  Give me movie accurate cars from all licenses they can do and if this leads to a full 007 theme I say do it. As I said before, I only see SC as a Racers continuation but with licensed cars.

I manifested a lot of themes for this year.

But there is one left...

LEGO DUNE SETS. DO IT. DO IT.

I was going to make a joke here about breaking into lego headquarters and forcing them to make dune sets, but I realized I'd have to:

Break into Lego headquarters, Hbo/lionsgate/what have you's headquarters, potentially the headquarters of the Herbert Estate depending on their contract with the studio, and possibly the homes of every single actor in the film to use their likeness depending on their contracts with the studio. No way I can do all that before Chase McCain catches me, so I guess our only hope is manifesting the sets. :sarcasm_smug:

Seriously though, dream dune wave that will never happen even if we get a few sets:

House Harkenon ($14.99): 3x harkenon soldiers and Rabben. Build is a Harkenon banner and a bit of terrain.

House Artides ($14.99): 3x artrides soldiers and Leto (armor). Build is an Artrides banner and a small version of their anti-aircraft gun.

Fremen soldiers ($14.99): 3x fremen soldiers and Stilgar (the big flowing robes he wore when meeting leto). Build is a patch of sand with a function for a fremen soldier to pop up out of it.

Sardukar legion ($14.99): 3x sardukar soldiers and their battalion leader. Comes with an imperial banner and some rocky terrain.

Finding the Fremen ($49.99): The tiny 2-seater ornithopter and a some of the rocky terrain, with a function to have a Fremen soldier slide across a patch of sand to make it look like they're riding a worm. Comes with Paul (cloth over stillsuit), Jessica, Chani, Stilgar (stillsuit), and a Fremen soldier.

Ornithopter ($59.99): 4-seater with room for at least 3 more in the back. Comes with Paul, Leto, Gurney, Kynes (all in stillsuits), and a crawler worker.

Harkenon Transport ($119.99): large transport ship (you know, the one that has the sides puff out for landing fast) with a feature to drop soldiers on cable lines. Comes with 4x harkenon soldiers, 2x sardukar soldiers, Gurney (plainclothes), Duncan Idaho (plainclothes), and 2x Artrides soldiers.

I think the Arakeen palace could make a good build too. The Harkonnen also have Ornithopters, and there is the yellow one that Paul and Jessica used to escape the Sardaukar. I wonder what other vehicles they will make for the sequel. Your sets are missing Baron Harkonnen and Piter.

My dream Dune wave if Lego were to make sets in 2023 with Part 2 releasing would be:

-Harkonnen troops battle pack: 4 Harkonnen soldiers and a flag, small sand like build and a cannon, on Arrakis

-Atreides troops battle pack: 4 Atreides soldiers, a flag build with some rocks and water, maybe some statue of sorts, on Caladan.

-Sardaukar troops battle pack: 4 Sardaukar soldiers, some ancient like build and a House Corrino flag, on Salusa Secundus.

-Harkonnen Ambush: The ship the Harkonnen used for troop transport for their soldiers and Sardaukars during the attack of Arakeen, includes 2 Sardaukars, 1 Harkonnen soldier, 1 pilot and Gurney Halleck.

-Ornithopter of House Atreides: Includes Duke Leto, Dr. Kynes, Paul, Rabban and another Harkonnen. Rabban never really met them so I decided to put him here.

-Arakeen attack: Includes big Arakeen building, 2 Sardaukars, Baron Harkonnen, Duncan Idaho and Dr Yueh.

-Bene Gesserit ship: Includes Mother Gaius Mohiam, Piter DeVries, Lady Jessica and Paul, has a mini box scene.

I am still thinking on how they should split the characters, the Baron would be a must and so should Piter (even though his role was reduced).

Please make Kingdom Hearts theme happen one day.

If any company could sort out the licensing, it would be Lego. They're one of the only toy companies out there to have a working relationship with both Square and Disney, and with that Lego games theme that's supposedly dropping this spring, anything's possible.

The yellow one is the two-seater mentioned in the set. I didn't include the harkonnen ornithopter because I didn't see any real differences between it and the artrides one. Yeah the Baron and Piter aren't included but I couldn't think of any sets for them to be in that could realistically ever be a set, given that they pretty much only appear in conference scenes in the palace and in the scene where they brutally kill a doctor in front of a naked man before everyone but the baron is gassed to death, which even with the Bond news still seems like something lego wouldn't make a set on.

The Baron could be included with the Harkonnen transport ship.

I was thinking if Lego would consider Star Trek on Ideas but I found out another company called Bluebrixx got the Star Trek license for building blocks, bummer. Though I am not sure if they would even be interested in doing Trek and if Disney wouldn't go against that.

Kre-O and Mega Construx previously had the Star Trek license respectively long ago.

I'd really like more cartoons, Gravity Falls, more Duck Tales characters, Futurama. I think cartoon charters look great in LEGO.

This. I'd buy any of those if they were produced.

Speed Champions Delorean could look like this moc found on the net. If they do it.

That looks amazing and a great update of the original set. I would like an updated Ecto-1 too but I don’t see the Speed Champions theme doing that.

Is it bad if I’m still slightly salty about the hood of the original almost 9 years later? That moc looks so so good with the slanted tiles and cheese slopes! I really shouldn’t get my hopes up, but the name of the thread is dream licensed themes so what the heck.

yes. The mystery shack would sell SO WELL around this point, since the kids who saw it should have disposable incomes by now.

Screw the children. That show is loved by adults smart enough not to have children. :pir_tong2: Like we get a weird Stranger Things house but we can't get the Mystery Shack?

Good to hear :classic: Some people took the „this is Amazon‘s GOT“ thing very literally :snicker:

Yeah, I had my doubts it would be rated M.

Surprisingly, The Wheel of Time is allowed on Lego Ideas. The show itself is TV-14 too. So if anyone is interested in doing a project you can.

We had Super Warrior from CMF Series 20 and it does resmsbles a Power Ranger character.

I wonder if there would be Power Ranger theme. What do you think?
