On the topic of the leaked One Piece parts, I figure this is a good place to compile information from a user on the Chinese social media Redbook, 爱哄哄.

Important context with this source is that he labels all of his rumours as "dreams". All of this information is translated from Chinese.

In November, he posted this before there were any public One Piece rumors:

In my dream, I saw all the details of characters like Luffy, Shanks, Buggy, Zoro, etc. There were quite a few molds, with some parts made of soft plastic. The colors were pretty accurate, and the legs had dual printing. The hats were well-made.

Then after the One Piece sets were rumoured, he posted this:

Today, a LEGO fan account further confirmed my dream. Anyway, in my dream, it didn’t take long for the announcement to happen. Tonight, I’ll dream again, this time about LEGO One Piece minifigures. After that, maybe I’ll dream about Dragon Ball.

Finally, after seeing the rumoured set numbers, he posted this:

To those who doubted me in the comments before—do you believe me now? Some dreams really do come true. I'm off to dream about Dragon Ball next. So far, I’ve only dreamed of a black-haired Goku with dual-molded legs and a somewhat plain top.

What he said about the new molds has been shown to be correct with this new part leak, since Buggy's mold specifically uses a soft polymer. I think its entirely possible that Dragon Ball is coming, based on what this user said. Obviously take this with a grain of salt.

Additionally, while not evidence on its own, four minifigure designs were found in the Fortnite files in the July. They were DJ Bop from Fortnite, Eleven and the Demogorgon from Stranger Thing, and Goku. DJ Bop and Eleven were added to the game, but Goku and the Demogorgon have not been. Something to note about this is that LEGO Fortnite does not include excessively violent characters as minifigures, even if they already have minifigures. Notable examples are Venom, Carnage and Deadpool. That would explain why the Demogorgon wasn't added, but it doesn't explain why Goku wasn't. Tinfoil hat time, what if it was so they could have the fortnite model reflect the actual minifigure?

I saw the Dragon Ball rumor on IG yesterday, as well, and ohmyGod!
It would be epic if we'd get Dragon Ball LEGO

That rumor is a huge stretch from what I saw on Reddit.  That was someone basically wishing things because of something someone had said.  There is no concrete evidence Dragonball is happening.

They are not literal dreams. He calls his rumours dreams.

Also nobody is saying there is concrete evidence. Like I said, take it with a grain of salt but the user described the One Piece molds perfectly before the One Piece rumors even appeared.

What? So his accurate descriptions of the molds are invalid because they're translated from Chinese?

Yeah I read it its about Goku's hair and legs anyone can come up with that.  I'll believe it when there is more proof.

He specifically talked about the fact that the One Piece molds will use soft material before there was a single rumor of One Piece. This was confirmed with the part leaks. Then LATER he described Goku parts.

Based on what you posted, here's what was said before the Once Piece parts leaked:

If we then break it down, claim by claim:

• The characters of Luffy, Shanks, Buggy, and Zoro. 
  • We have seen two parts for Luffy, nothing from Shanks, one part from Buggy, and nothing from Zoro (unless the beanies would go to them, which I'm not sure about). Even then, they all seem to be popular characters, so it's not too hard to guess they could be included.
• There were quite a few molds
  • Also something easily guessed.
• Some parts made of soft plastic
  • Assuming that is referring to the arms, this is probably the best evidence going for it, but it's also not an outlandish guess either.
• The colors were accurate
  • Was there a doubt that the colors would be inaccurate? Basically a nothing statement.
• The legs had dual printing
  • No legs have leaked yet, so there's no way to confirm that yet. Though that also wouldn't be an outlandish guess.
• The hats were well-made.
  • Most of what we have seen are the hats, but, again, is there doubt that that could just be a lucky guess. If we're getting new licensed characters, getting new molds for their iconic hairpieces isn't too outlandish.

In other words, most of it is guesswork that, largely, could have been easily predicted. I can maybe lend some credit to the guess of the arms, but, again, that could just be a lucky guess. There's not enough therefor me to fully believe that this person 100% has insider information, or has knowledge that Goku/Dragon Ball is coming. There is a chance, but I'm not seeing enough to really believe it (and even if Dragon Ball does come, the fist "scoop" is enough of a vague guess that a broken clock could be right twice, so I'll still remain skeptical).

Take another look at Buggy's hat/hair. That is the part that makes it a very specific guess.

This is exactly why I said take it with a grain of salt.

I'm not trying to convince anyone. I'm just sharing it and correcting the idea that its entirely based on a literal dream.

But this poster was the first to say anything about One Piece and has been very specific about the molds, so I felt it worth sharing.

Why doesn’t someone just reach out to this guy on Redbook? Ask him if he’s had any more specific One Piece dreams so that once photos get out, we can confirm if he’s got any intel.

Honestly, he’ll probably just say that he’s got no information, which would clear things up even sooner. Odds are he doesn’t even know he’s got the rest of the world arguing.

I do feel based on some of the themes we are getting ewe will see Futurama in the not too distant future.  I think three sets made it to 10K votes on Lego ideas previously.
