Hi, I am looking around my collection and when I look at the V-wing and Clone scout walker I just think in what do you think about a return of this small ships and vehicles? I know now lego give us the battlepacks but it couldnt be great if lego give us this small and cheap ships :cry_happy: .

Yeah more of them would be great, but I guess they need the right source material to base them on, off the top of my head I can't think of too many OT ships that fit this design. Although I'm sure someone more knowledgable than me will be able to correct that.

Oh a new twin-pod cloud car would be great, that fits in with the size.

well i guess it's kinda obvious why they're not into these small things anymore: smaller profit, less attractive and just as much effort needed to market them...

No, i think its because of the battlepacks.TLG likes to have different sets for different price ranges. And scince the battlepacks are selling so well, thats takes out the max of 2 small $10 sets. Also, knowing lego, it would be easy to find lots of small veichles to make into sets, but, as i just said, whats the use, they're making a killing from the BP's. i'm sure that once the hype for battle packs dies down, well see our beloved small ships again

But that technical stuff aside, Yes! i would love to see some small sets again.

A return of the small vehicles would be great! I like them and have most of them, and some of the coolest sets are also some of the cheapest I think. But the 20$/€ sets are of the 'cheap category', too. And I love the battle packs they are great

If TLC were to release some of the small vehicles again, I just hope that they'd be no re-releases but new ones

Before the battlepacks arrived, everyone cried for them, and said "replace the small vehicules set by battlepacks". Now that we have the battle packs, it's the opposite.

Like sne said, the small sets aren't that attractive, so battle packs are here to stay imo.

I think you're right jipay, but they won't stay too long. I'm convinced TLC would make one or two small vehicles in between or together with more battlepacks.

After some time even the great BPs won't sell that good anymore...

In my opinion, Battlepacks do not count as small sets. They're an army builder. I'd like to see a lot more $5 type lego style vehicles such as a speeder bike with a single fig in it or something of the like.
