Are these Technic builders collaborating with Lepin? Or are they being ripped off?

I meant Lepin doesn't pay. MOCHUB is totally okay.

I, for one will definitely continue to share instructions, if I ever get back to Lego. It's much more important to me than those few bucks I could make. (And I don't like trend that even crappy models from unknown builders have paid instructions now.)
Of course I don't think about the top guys, like you, you can loose real money, not just a few bucks if being ripped off.
I am kind of honored that at least Lepin recognizes my models. I have zero sells on MOCHUB.

I don't see problem to buy / get free and review product that don't violate LEGO intellectual rights. LEGO ambassador is not the one who linked with TLG with strong contract. And this relation are based on ambassadors's love with TLG products. Today  ambassadors in many spheres are usually the one who's lifestyle satisfying company's values, and they hace strong contract based on money. That's a kind of promotion services. LEGO ambassadors are not paid promoters...
