Search & Rescue Helicopter MH-7093

Rescue Chopper MH-7903

Rescue Chopper

Rescue Chopper

This MH-65 inspired was mixed with LEGO City set 7903 is equipped with:

a. Cockpit for crew of two
b. Cabin with bench seating for four (easily fitting way more)
c. opening eagle doors on each side.
d. winch system with basket and gurney (left side)
e. search light (right side)
f. exposed rotors.

I remember owning this set as a kid, and building this re-imagined version was nothing but a blast. Right after taking photos, I was swooshing it around my living room, feeling like a kid again. I really hope it brings a nostalgia kick as it brought me too.

Let me know if you remember this set, and what you think. I'd appreciate any feedback and comments.

I hope you all like it!

Looks brilliant, the colour scheme is nice and the shaping is great too. The original set was a few years before my time, but I really love how you have approached a redesign while keeping it recognisable to the source material. Great job as always!

Thank you, MarvelBoy, for your kind evaluation.
I'm glad you think it's recognizable to the official 7093 set, and that you liked the color scheme.
This was my first attempt building an aerial vehicle, and if it wasn't for the nostalgia and memories I had as a kid, building it wouldn't be as enjoyable and fulfilling as it was. And I had a blast!

Glad you liked it, brother.
Thanks for the support!
Cheers!

Looks great, only suggestion is the tail fin is too bulky / needs a bigger rotor

Those early years of City had some amazing sets

Hey, Merlit! Thank you for the comments and suggestions of improvement.
I must say I completely agree. The tail fin is in fact a bit too bulky to my taste. I was just so happy I was able to fit the round rotor in it that it kind of took all my attention. But I agree something more narrow might have balanced it a little better.

Thanks for the tips and for the support, mate!
Cheers!
