If they couldn't assign themselves a role, they'd have to claim one of the non-mandatory roles (as the trickster has to assign the mandatory roles) or the role of one of the dead players. With so many mandatory roles (13 for 15 animals, excluding the trickster themselves), that would pretty quickly give them away.

As I theorized earlier, I think the trickster can assign themselves a role, but I still doubt it would be the matter-of-life-and-death kind or they could quickly hog, no offense Pernilla, such roles and quickly throw the balance in their favour. That, to me, includes anything related to the bomb, which I have hopefully defused. I realise that my having said role is unconfirmed, I don't even know how to confirm it, and that my theory could look self-serving, but it is my genuine thought on the subject. A trickster with the power of life and death that directly would be insanely overpowered and break reality. No one wants a broken reality, it's like a broken mirror, only bad things can follow.

I have three main suspicions so far: Gilford Goat for making the most posts out of all of us yet seemingly also saying the least. It's also convenient he also failed to investigate the Fox last night which brings me onto... Francesca Fox. Same as Gilford, except she's made very few posts and also said very little. My real suspicion driving this is the fact the investigation result was unsuccessful last night. My first thought on this was that Gilford and Fox are scum and they faked an investigation result between them but if the scum faked an investigation result between them why would they say it was unsuccessful? Surely they would confirm one another. This makes me suspect Fox more than Gilford. Lastly there's Hyaclinth who I've been suspicious of since Day 1 for her non committal attitude and sitting on the fence for the last two days. As I said earlier I don't think Hyaclinth was lying about not meeting the night action deadline. But it does seem odd she withheld that info until prompted about 3 times. For me it's ultimately a choice between Francessa and Hyacinth. Hyacinth feels more scummy but Gilford getting blocked on the night he tries to investigate Francesca feels off. Then again the scum would have to know Gilford had an investigative action so maybe the whole thing was just a coincidence. I'm going to Vote: Hyacinth Hippo

Even though both of them have been after me these past few days, they've at least tried to provide evidence and support for my lynch. Even if it is circumstancial and not very good. I'm asking you to pay attention to the Corrina Cow's, Holbrook Horse's, and Marlowe Monkey's of the group, who have all arrived and voted for me within quick succession of about an hour. I'm sure there will be more people after this. Both are topping my list with Bernicia at this point. I'm more curious about the fox than Bernicia but the hippo has struck me as a prime suspect due to 2 unconfirmable actions and her place on my list of probable tricksters.
