[MOC] Robby the Robot (mkII - major redesign)

I redesigned my earlier Robby the Robot MOC. I based the scene on the Forbidden Planet movie poster (1959), and got in an adult Belville doll as the damsel.

My original version was posted here - I changed almost everything except the 'face' and the legs.

I honestly like the original version a little more - this one feels a little too plump or something.  But even with that personal opinion, this would still be the 2nd best version I've seen only behind your first.    The whole Forbidden Planet setup to go with him is absolutely wonderful.  Really great build!

Thanks for the feedback. I know what you're saying, I think a little tweak of the 'neck' area might improve things. mkIII sometime! :p He's pretty wide, but maybe I should go back and make the 'hips' narrower, somewhere between the first and latest solution

And yeah, I'm really happy with the backdrop, though I do need to better hide the planet struts better next time I photograph it.
