Just wondering, will it handle standard lego switches? (e.g., at shows I use R88+ curves for the mainline but R40 switches to save space and $$ for the yards)

The piping took forever to do so I'm glad you like it!

Thank you! To answer your question: it does not handle regular LEGO switches or R40 curves. This is due to the XL wheels and their spacing. The engine "can" handle R56 curves but it isn't the greatest due to the XL drivers so I would recommend R72+ curves. With BrickTracks R104 switches coming soon and a special, smaller switch design from BTD coming eventually (between R40 switch and R104 switch), we should be fine.
