Again, in her heart of hearts Emily isn’t desperately bothered which way the party heads next, and is happy to acquiesce.

Let's move on to engineering, perhaps we'll find out how someone can meddle with this ship's systems so easily.

Arthur rolls his eyes, "Thank you captain. Let's hope someone doesn't trip over Mr. Parry."

Arthur prepares to head to engineering with the group.

Welcome to Engineering

The engineering bay a large two-story room. In the center is the FTL-drive, with numerous other computers and components lining the walls. There are a few little compartments as well. The upper level consists of catwalks in order to access additional terminals and is the primary entry point into engineering. A secondary access door does exist on the first floor. The party goes down the stairs and sees this.

The crew probably has more knowledge of the FTL drive than I do so I'd like to investigate one of the side computers, log on, maybe see if there's any clues or if there's something that should be on there but isn't.

You would need a security access code to use the engineering computers and only the crew have that. Unless you’d like to try hacking it.

I'd like to check the command line terminal history for anything noteworthy after the computer's been logged onto

Charlotte keeps her face as neutral as she can as she turns pointedly towards Emily, he head slightly tilted.

"Well then, Emily, examine what you need to in order to clarify or refute your dream - just do what you need. The rest of use should make sure the area is thoroughly investigated and all available information is gleaned."

I walk around the gray floor tiles, seeing if any are loose or moveable. "Is there anything under here? A crawlspace? Could someone or something be hidden underneath?"
