It took 3 weekends, but I finished sorting all my Legos by color this afternoon. I began rebuilding my old sets immediately :)

Nice little set. Although I think you have mixed light grey and light bluish grey together. Probably the same with the old dark greys and no doubt the browns too.

This has been growing since my first castle set I got when I was 6 years old in 1994 :) my dark ages lasted from 2004-2010

I'm fine with the slight color difference between them, and use them interchangeably. It adds a tad bit of realism to the model, IMO :)

Great set, somehow it looks smaller on the box art.

I'm planning to turn the IDEAS blacksmith shop into something like this.

Glad to see it, @romulan . I packed up part of my collection recently and while I considered breaking the sets down by color, I figured that they'd be a nightmare to rebuild. How has it worked out for you so far?

Also, I love how the orange bag is full of brick separators. I've been there too

You sorted by color? Splendid!

Now onwards to the next stage, by element types. :pir-huzzah1:

That set is gorgeous. Nice build.
Sorting by colour is daring, my friend.
