This part isn't true. There have been several GWPs with exclusive prints before—40530, 40450, 40291, and 5005358 are a few examples of GWPs with exclusive printed parts.

I had forgotten about those. 😕
Even so, the majority of GWPs (particularly the ones that tie into themes and sets that LEGO releases) do not have exclusive prints.

Came here to say the same thing; that’s the helmet and air tanks in purple we need to complete the Purple Classic Spaceman for whom we got a torso in the recent CMF! Yay!

After this, all we need is the helmet in grey and green (it bugs me that my Grey and Green Spacemen are using the racer helmet, it doesn’t match), air tanks in grey, and a non-scuffed, not-Benny, Blue Classic Spaceman torso to match the not-broken helmet we got back in the Gamer’s Market Ninjago set. (And an updated Black Classic Spaceman torso to go with the black helmet we got in the Mickey & Minnie set.) It’s all coming together!

. . Probably just going to part out the purple helmet and air tanks through BnP or Bricklink, I don’t really want that whole set . .

A surprise to to be sure. After the green guy and the light (bluish) grey guys never receiving airtanks/helmets, I was sure purple wasn't either, so I skipped. Figures.

Hope it shows up on PAB soon.

Grey and Green, when?

I think the sellers who charged certifiably insane prices for purple crash helmets / Knights Kingdom II Danju figs are laughing all the way to the bank with this reveal.

However, I cringe for the thought of the after market prices that the purple airtanks will bring. In fact, I feel as though thousands of piggy-banks cried out in terror, and were suddenly silenced.:vader:

With any luck, the purple airtanks and helmet will appear on PaB in April or so and that will stop the aftermarket going totally insane on price.

Oooh, look no further...courtesy of PromoBricks (using Google translate):

Space warriors in green, white and pink.

Classic astronaut in brown with gauge and baby astronaut in blue.

New space CMFs, including a brown Classic Spaceman!! 👍👍👍
A picture of the “space warrior” is on Instagram, visible in some stories and on my page.

Very exciting, it's supposed to come with a baby blue spaceman as well. (A baby spaceman in blue, not a spaceman in the color baby blue)

Ironically my lego ideas project features a brown spaceman as an "exciting new variant"... Guess I'll have to change that for it's eventual resubmission.

Spoiler

The baby will start a new collection of fun sized classic spacemen

There are going to be so many funny MOCs built around them! Space nursery ships, baby mechs, space hover strollers, you name it!

Also Coral and the new neon yellow

Pics are out

I can't tell if the helmet and the baby head are molded all together as a single piece

I see airtanks, so it may be a helmet-airtanks combo piece that attaches to the baby's head. 🤔
Also, that tile is going to be VERY useful!

If it's brown, it's bound to be brittle. (Yes, I heard they fixed it. No, I don't believe them.) If it's not that, it's "50 shades of Dark Red". I'll take the walkie-talkie (and maybe the space baby), but I won't be buying the actual spaceman figure.

As someone who ran a undergrad research project comparing brown and New dark red to white and red last year, the answer is they kind of did. Brown still underperforms under shock impact loads, but is on par with white or red in bending and compression.

Ok, so don't try to change arms, hands, or hips on the brown astronaut.. (which you really shouldn't do anyway, but people will still do it...) Thanks for advice!

The Robot Warrior face is wild

Looks like the baby head, helmet, and airtanks are all one piece... a little disappointing, but probably understandable at that scale (I don't think the "stud" on the standard baby head is designed to have clutch with headgear).

Yeah, I hope they can fix that because having the accesory as a separate piece would be way better and more interesting for MOCs
