Hi,

I went and tried to get custom parts but is using a different version of LDD. It did not show the Lego Company folder in Appdata/Roaming/ So what am I supposed to do? I am using LDD version 4.3.11.

a lot of people are usign this version... because the 4.3.12 is bugged...
anyway, you must set the "ghost folders" to be shown, as written into the instructions

Ok, you mean by the Hidden Folder right? Cause I did show it. At least I think.

Yes, I did so and I still didn't see it. But, I downloaded 4.3.11 from a different website.

search inside this forum...there is the official LDD installer 4.3.11 shared by different users... try with it

anyway is really strange... the correct path is "C/users/"your user"/appdata/Roaming/Lego Company/LegoDigitalDesigner/

I think (I’m not a Windows user) that the path depends on Windows’ version.  On my Wine, it’s in “C:/users/ME/Application Data.”  There’s also a “Local Settings” directory that some applications use (I believe it’s a link to AppData/something on a real Windows).  Anyway, it’s MS (pronounced “a mess”), so look for a “Lego Company” folder in your user directory, somewhere.

Oh, by the way, the directory doesn’t exist until you start LDD at least once.

You need to enable "show hidden folders" in a default windows install. Otherwise its not shown.

On my Win10 the folder is:

C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\LEGO Company\LEGO Digital Designer
