Well, my information put me in touch with a pair of Duros hiding out among the warren of Keldabe City's alleyways.

The Rado Sisters were, at that time, better known by their handle "The Blue Flame". A pair of political agitators, they could get the message out that Clan Eldar were home to stay.

With this in place, we could begin the factor in the support of the people.

I quite like this build, I think the challenge of this chapter is to build a vignette in which it’s easy to imagine the rest of the scene. I think you’ve done that here.

You can take this snapshot and imagine the hustle and bustle of a crowded street just in front of this alleyway unaware of the dealings being made...

As someone who has not yet decided which faction to join, the story you’ve build here with regards to Clan Eldar certainly has some pull to it
