Doubt it... :hmpf_bad:

Yeah... me too. :sceptic:

Besides, I don't think you would win in the creativity area...

Exactly! :sweet: It's all part of my masterplan to get 4th place!

Nah, I actually don't care which place I get, as long as I win something!

Strangely, I find myself preferring to win first place. If either of you guys get first and I get fourth, I'll gladly make a trade!

I beat both of yo megablocks'

Sure, hollisbrick, keep telling yourself that...

Mine vignette is much crappier than yours, and surely deserves 4th place!

Heh, if I come in first, there's no way I'm trading a whole load of weapons for a custom fig!

i doubt anyone would vote for me, i might as well try anyway. Best of luck to all

Never doubt! Just go for it! That's what I did...

Tarrful with all due respect, I think that LegoRevolution intended to do Mon Calamari for this contest first because CC-007 brought up this contest first then Rook brought up the other contest later.

Whether he intended to or not, he still violated rule 10 for Bignettes entries, which means his entry should be disqualified.

But hey, I'm not CC-007, and he's the one who seems to be running this show; so lets just wait for his say on the matter...

-Tarfful, who in no way is trying to be unfair to or biased against Legorev. :classic:

What do you mean your trying not to be unfair? One question, are you gonaa even enter the contest?

I think that if Legorev is disqualified, it should be up TO THE CREATOR OF THE CONTEST.

Good point. And great entry, one of the few that actually bothered to used arealight/ wuzzupbob customs.

Now THAT'S nitpicky. :sceptic: Biased or not, it's not fair at all. It may indeed be against the rules, but ditto to Uberlag below!

He means he's trying not to be unfair.

He has till the end of this month, I believe. He's got time.

DITTO AND AMEN!

Verdict on Legorevolution:

Legorevolution made the bignette for this contest; he just couldn't post it here first because he was waiting for his account to be activated. That's at least the conclusion I've come to.

The reason that rule was set up was to keep out people with entries that had been built for weeks prior to the contest; we don't want any like that, and legorevolution's entry was not like that.

I have a question: Would it count as over-hang if only half of my AT-TE (the four front & middle legs) was on the baseplate of the bignette or is that a violation of the everything-has-to-be-on-a-baseplate rule?

The over-hang rule is only for the vignette, I think.

I know, but that's not what I meant. I mean, does it count as overhang (which would be OK) or as being off-baseplate (which is not OK)?

Oh... I guess they are one in the same, but CC07 would know better. I think that would still count as overhang, though.

Yeah; remember my FIRST bignette entry and how the Juggernaut was broken in half with half broken over the edge? Two wheels and part of the body was resting on the carpet and that's a no no.

It is overhang, buddy. But what does it matter? It's on the bignette where you're allowed to have as much as you want.

You're allowed to have as much as you want as long as it's ON the baseplates. You can connect as many baseplates together as you want but all the bricks have to be on the plates %100, except for maybe a stud of overhang.

EDIT: I took the liberty to correct your grammar above. :sweet:

Ah, thanks trooper, that was the answer I was looking for! :sweet: You are right, I checked CC007's posts and that's pretty much what he said  except for the one-stud part - that is only for vignettes. You need to have everything standing on the baseplate(s) (all vehicles & everything), but you can still have as much hanging over as you want (plants, minifigs, & stuff). Here is the proof for it:

Your bignette need not be square; there is no size limit to the bignette; you may have as much overhang there as you want.

Got it? :classic:

So, that means that I will have to have all the feet of my AT-TE on a baseplate, but it won't matter if any of its guns & stuff are looking over the edge of the baseplate. Therefore, here is my next question:

Can anyone tell howw many studs long and wide the new AT-TE stands?
