Posted December 11, 20204 yr As usual in this period it's time for a Christmas themed creation and this is a cozy shelter for Santa Claus and his reindeer. Speaking of the brand new reindeer it's really cute! The house is a typical A-frame cabin, a kind of cottage I do really like. This is probably my last MOC for this year and I wish you all Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! (hoping that it will be better than 2020) Thanks for stopping by! Merry Christmas and happy new year!
December 12, 20204 yr I loved the original version of this build, but the winter version is so magical. Well done and Merry Christmas!
December 12, 20204 yr This is excellent! The colors and shaping are really pleasing. I especially like the thick snow on the roof.
December 12, 20204 yr Gosh this is gorgeous! Here are some of the details that stand out to me: Stud throwers used to make logs with little side branches. The woodpile in general. That is some excellent parts usage. I like the cheese slopes as split logs. The bush inside a hollow stump to depict the splintered inner wood. The headlight brick as a birdhouse (with a little snow cap). Various items of gear on the porch. This is a very hands-on Santa!
December 12, 20204 yr This is an amazing build. Love the small details. I like it much better than LEGO's own attempts in Winter Village series lately.
December 12, 20204 yr As @Evensong writes, the first/original version was great, and this is even better! Merry christmas
December 13, 20204 yr Epic work ... this MOC in winter version is better (if you can go beyond the maximum) than the previous autumn version!
December 13, 20204 yr Smashing job. It really gives the A-Frame building a different feel from your last one. All the best. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with next year!

December 14, 20204 yr I really like how you used the snow pieces. What are those yello pieces in the reindeer's food slough. and where can one get some?
