depends on what you mean by lego technic, sets, loose pieces, what sets or what pieces. and also does this guy have a white van

hes got a 1000 piece unopened lego set its a gray van the lego set is 42111 doms charger or the porshe rsr 

probably not especially if he doesnt have a mask
