A few important things to take in mind: - Some of these setnames are cut off and have been completed within brackets, these are merely assumptions based on logical thinking. - The word "Dinosaur" appears in every listing but is most likely not part of the final name of the set. - These sets were a very small part of the Dominion wave so there likely wasn't a lot of budget left for these, keep expectations low/realistic to avoid major disappointments. - The possible source material has been added to each set, take that with a grain of salt as well. With that out of the way here we go: 76939 - 129 pieces - 4+ Stygimoloch Dinosaur Escape - $39.99Source material: made-up, Fallen Kingdom or Dominion inspired 76940 - 198 pieces - T. rex Dinosaur Fossil E(scape?) - $29.99Source material: made-up, Jurassic Park or Dominion inspired 76941 - 240 pieces - Carnotaurus Dinosaur Cha(se?) - $49.99Source material: made-up, Fallen Kingdom, Dominion inspired or Camp Cretaceous 76942 - 308 pieces - Baryonyx Dinosaur Boat E(scape?) - $79.99Source material: made-up, Dominion inspired or Camp Cretaceous Enjoy! *mic drop* -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Personal expectations for these sets: 76939 - it's 4+ so it's unlikely to be all that interesting. 76940 - a set based on the climax of Jurassic Park with bits of the destroyed skeletons, a Velociraptor, Alan, Ellie and the kids (all with a new "survivor" variant). Here's a quick mockup I made a few months ago: Reveal hidden contents 76941 - a made-up set similar to LoIN that includes Toro from CC amongst generic figures (Owen, Claire and so on). 76942 - a made-up set similar to LoIN that includes Grim and Limbo from CC amongst generic figures (Owen, Claire and so on). You could use the 2019 Baryonyx as Chaos to complete the trio. Highly unlikely to be based on Tiff's death. While I definitely think/hope Toro, Grim and Limbo will be included in these sets the seemingly low budget makes me doubt the character from CC will be included. These sound awesome!!!! Thank you so much for this!!!!!! :) 16 minutes ago, lego_guyon02 said: Info has been pretty dry over the past weeks for the LEGO Jurassic World theme but here's the news you've all been waiting for: the setnames. For set 76940, I love that Jurassic Park idea, but I have another concept, in the Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous season 3 trailer, they go to some sort of Jurassic Park ruins perhaps the visitors centre so maybe that's what that set is based off. But then again I would prefer a Jurassic Park set lol.
pancakecrocodile Posted April 23, 2021 Posted April 23, 2021 Expectations for me (guesses): 76939 - 2 Minifigures (2 Guards), 1 Stiggy (I called it! Whoo!), Maybe a Baby Dinosaur, 1 Large Cage-Transport Truck, 1 Small Building 76940 - 4 Minifigures (Alan, Ellie, Lex, and Tim), 1 Velociraptor, 1 Large T-rex Skeleton, 2 Rock Structures 76941 - 3 Minifigs (I don't know the characters in the scene when Toro escapes), 1 Carnotaurus (Possibly new mold), 1 CC Jeep, 2 Shipping Crates 76942 - 4 Minifigs (Maybe 5, I don't know), 2 Baryonyx (Grim and Limbo), 1 Large Boat, 1 Cage (Maybe more stuff?) Boy, not good pieces counts, but 76941 may suggest a new Carnotaurus body mold, so we might have that to look forward to! Honestly, I'm not going to buy any of these; maybe the dinosaurs.
Lion King Posted April 23, 2021 Posted April 23, 2021 (edited) Oh my gosh....This list sounds really neat! @lego_guyon02, thank you for set names. I really appreciate it! Edited April 23, 2021 by DBlegonerd7
AxolotlPlays Posted April 23, 2021 Posted April 23, 2021 If Baryonyx already has its molds, it was $60 before and we are assuming there are two of them, why is it do expensive lol? I mean like, it's just some recolours maybe it's a big boat? Maybe all 3 Baryonyx are included? Maybe high quality figures? It's probably nothing lol
THELEGOBATMAN Posted April 23, 2021 Posted April 23, 2021 I have high hopes for T. Rex Fossil set, as it might be based on Jurassic Park. The others, not so much. I don't expect them to make Camp Cretaceous sets, so these are most likely made-up sets again. And the PPP ratios are the worst I've ever seen. You think 240 pieces for $50 is bad? Well they 300 pieces for $80. All of that with reused dinos.

BrickBob Studpants Posted April 23, 2021 Posted April 23, 2021 (edited) @lego_guyon02: Thanks a lot for the list These sound pretty decent I have to say, and it's nice to see that there's at least the possibility for some of these to be movie-based Though I have to say, the preliminary name of 76940 cracks me up, sounds like they're escaping from a fossil Or maybe it's a follow-up to the T-Rex mech set, but a fossil mech this time Edited April 23, 2021 by BrickBob Studpants

sebastian666 Posted April 23, 2021 Posted April 23, 2021 @lego_guyon02 I could kiss you right now. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am going to try to keep my expectations low, but man these set names are promising... Even at $29.99 a possible representation from the climax of Jurassic Park would be amazing. I’m also hype for the Carnotaurus set. Fingers crossed it’s got the Toro paint scheme and a new mold. Can’t wait until we start seeing some leaks!
Lion King Posted April 23, 2021 Posted April 23, 2021 I’m checking double with you, folks. 76939 - 129 pieces - 4+ Stygimoloch Dinosaur Escape - $39.99 is NOT System-based, but it’s Duplo, correct?

RichardGoring Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 Would love to get Lex and Timmy in a new set (76940). I missed 75932, although I should probably just get it, as it's not too expensive yet. But in general more Jurassic Park sets would be awesome. It's such a great film, so recreating more of the scenes feels fair - and I don't feel sorry that it takes up a slot for the various non-canon sets.

I found a little more evidence to back this up, on Netflix the Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous cover art is Blue the Velociraptor standing on the t rex skull in the Visitors Centres ruins while it's in flames.
AxolotlPlays Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 I had a thought, I don't believe it could happen but I might as well mention it. Since it is Jurassic Park III 20th anniversary, could there be a translation error or something? Maybe someone got Baryonyx and Spinosaurus mixed up for 76942? Baryonyx Boat Escape - Spinosaurus Boat Escape?

Yeah I thought so. lego_guyon02 just curious, why don't you think 76942 would be based on Tiff's death? I understand that Lego might not want to associate their products with death, but they had Ray Arnold's severed arm in the Jurassic Park D2C set.
Koolkoalas Posted April 24, 2021 Posted April 24, 2021 @lego_guyon02 do u have images for the sets or do u just know the details for all of them?

I’m not surprised about that death stuff. In the Lego Movie, Vitivius was killed by Lord Business onscreen. Also, in Harry Potter theme, there was Rise of Voldemort set, it definitely had a dark moment but no Cedric included (in fact, Cedric was in Harry Potter CMF Series 1). And Wormtail forcefully drew blood from the trapped Harry in the movie scene. With that Ray Arnold’s arm... Well, I guess Lego is kinda hypocritical. Edited April 24, 2021 by DBlegonerd7

Because that boat exists for only one reason: to give Tiff a place to die. They're not gonna make a normal retail set based on a vehicle that only appears in the death scene of a character. As for Ray Arnolds arm, that's a 16+ D2C set and thus irrelevant.

Koolkoalas Posted April 25, 2021 Posted April 25, 2021 So after a bit of watching I have a theory for what the biggest set is. In the CC season 3 trailer it shows the kids on a boat and that might be the kids escaping from the baryonexes. So I think this is what is in the set a raft 2 baryonxes 3 figures 1 piece of jungle or scenery

You could be on to something. I also agree that the T Rex fossil set could be based on the image of the Velociraptor standing on the T Rex skull in the Visitors Center from the Camp Cretaceous Netflix page. It just wouldn’t make sense to me if LEGO opted to make up random sets again rather than take advantage of the incredibly popular new Jurassic World kids series. They have three seasons of content to work with now. And the whole point of creating a Jurassic kids show is to sell more toys.
