If the $500 set isn’t Marvel I could honestly see us getting Arkham Asylum, I don’t know about everyone else but I actually wouldn’t mind that, I feel that building is due a proper sized set and only a $400/500 set could do that justice.

With Marvel getting the Daily Bugle in 2021 I can't see Marvel getting a release that big in 2022. (especially since we know they are getting another big-sized hulk-buster.
