Pretty sure there was a $30 price tag rumoured for that set, so that hints to it being a retail set of sorts. Think it was mentioned to be a store exclusive.

As a sidenote, the reason I've listed it as May is due to Fulcrum claiming it as May specifically. If it gets a VIP release that might have ended up being April, but the main release would be May: "Daily Bugle coming as the Marvel D2C set in May for $299.99"

It may have been intended to be April/May when the rumour broke, and could potentially have been delayed due to COVID - it's hard to know exactly how the dates were all determined without all of the facts. With factories all around the world being shutdown at short notice and distribution not having started yet I think release dates would be hard to lock-in for any leakers until the sets are actually released. As excited as I am for the set I guess patience is in order, at least until we start seeing it in the wild.

 

On that note, thanks @Falconfan1414. I'd rather be remined now that it might not happen until then than be disappointed next month when it is still not on the shelves.

It was supposed to be October, but now film has been moved I'm not sure if they gonna be delayed too. Not sure, haven't heard any updates from our beloved insiders.

So far, this is a rumor

I say it's confirmed. The only reason why Falcon said it's rumor because first hand information came from Fulcrum, but was able to validate. We know the existence of Korg because of the headpiece, and we also knew about the "bro" thor figure and lately and Miek confirmation. 

Falcon tends to do tends post if the information is incomplete, it doesn't have set info like number, release date even the price isn't sure but it is coming, which leaves us to believe it could be store exclusive. So pretty much it's there just the lack of info, I think when we say rumor the existence is questionable, we already see Korg's headpiece.

PotterMinifigPals also got the first copy of some Star Wars sets or something (501st battle pack, just remembered) because she's in Australia or the UK or something. I'm just jealous because I want the Shang Chi sets.

I think this week we'll see images of minifigures from Marvel summer sets.

Only Black Widow and Shang-Chi were delayed, all the other movies (including Eternals) kept their current releasedates.

June 1st  June 21st was the result of people being confused about “June 21”, which meant “June 2021” rather than “June 21st”

What? She must be in a different Australia to me, new sets usually take up to two weeks after their official ‘release date’ to show up in stores or online in Melbourne.

If you mean The Infinity Saga sets, then June 1st for all of them - except for Sanctuary II, which is August 1st.

Also the release date for New Asgard set is unknown, although Korg's headpiece leaking months ago indicates the sooner release date

They haven't included all stones in a single set before so I wouldn't expect that to suddenly change now.

The thing is that most of the sets that comes with the stones have retired by now (expect for the Avengers tower) so it makes sense to include them, but at the same time some people bought certain sets just for the stones, and including them all in the same set could upset those people.

It depends on LEGO, although there is a chance that all the stones will be in this set, but we will see this at the end of April, when the images will be shown.

I doubt we will see all the stones in the set. Even the big figure nano gauntlet, I don't think it will be included. 

If they are being accurate, Thanos wasn't wearing it til the end. What I expect is probably a minifigure scale nano gauntlet, new mold or the ultra agents fist piece in dark red with stones printing. 

It would also fit the play feature if they want to put it inside in the included Antman Van.

As I assume, if the set includes a nano gauntlet , then the part will serve as a Hand Gorilla Fist(piece) in red.

If you watch her actual video you'll see she doesn't have the Shang-Chi set, she's just covering images of it from someone who found it in a store in Israel (there's no official LEGO presence in Israel or really any chain toy stores to speak of there so some random shop must have put them out).
