Daredevil and Punisher were part of the reason I wanted the CMF to be at least partially comic based. But them showing up in the main set I'm after works for me! For $300 hopefully it'll have a lot of surprises (not that I'm getting my hopes up)

Hammerhead, Tombstone, Kingpin, Rose, Mr. Negative, Silvermane for instance. Especially Hammerhead i can see them doing with the monster of Frankenstein headpiece. If DD and Pun are to appear in the cmf, they should be mcu style, right? The Venom Bust looks cool btw. I’d like to have both the busts, but since there are so many cool lego sets outthere and coming up i think that i’ll probably pass on both of them

We have 6 figures: will 5 of them face off against thanks like a stand off. Thanos blocking their path to Scott's Van? Will the trinity keep Thanos busy while the other heroes (Wanda, black panther and antman go to the van? Will they all attack Thanos at once with Scott in his van? I think the inclusion of his van is interesting. Is it just LEGOs need to add vehicles to sets and that was the only car in the battle? Does the inclusion of the van mean we will get the red gauntlet again from the Hulk Drop Chopper? Let me know your thoughts?

Keen for a new pepper fig too. She wears a skirt in that scene so i hope we get some nice printing. i looked at the cmf figs i own and i would want a wandavision section withing the marvel cmf line like the wizard of oz was in the lego batman cmf line and fantastic beasts in the harry potter cmf line. wanda would need that cmf budget for side arm printing and new crown and hair combo. so id love the marvel cmf to be 16 figs. 12 mcu figs 4 wandavision figs -the scarlet witch, Caucasia vision (undercover brother ref) Agatha harkness Capt. Monica Rambaeu.

This is purely my speculation. As I remember they are trying to put the nano gauntlet in the van (QR) so that they can avoid the snap. While I think the gauntlet is included, I wish it's not the one from the Hulk helicopter drop. It could be a new mold for minifigures to hold and specially for Ironman to use. I think there's a good chance that the size of the van is nearly like the one from Beware the Vulture with back opening for play feature. Trinity keeping Thanos busy, Tiny Antman in the van, Scarlet Witch and Black Panther trying to overkill the Chitauri while helping to put the gauntlet in the van. With 527 pieces I can see a tower like side build for Avengers compoud, lol much better if it's just a pile of debris.

Could he have instead been saying in his usual cryptic ways that a CMF isn't the best chance at Daredevil and Punisher? You aren't the only one who can play detective, MISTER Fan I'm probably just overthinking that too much tho

The helmeted Thanos, despite being accurate for Endgame, was a pain in the Infinity War sets, I'm glad to see this being corrected. I do wonder though, will it be a minifigure head or an actual bigfig head but just rotatable? Or a totally new kind of bigfig mold wich will open up all sorts of new possibilities for the superheroes line?
admiral_typhoon Posted March 13, 2021 Posted March 13, 2021 Considering how pretty much all D2C sets are now under the 18+ line, to me sounds like a no-brainer that DD and Punisher would be included in the Daily Bugle. Despite having a considerable fanbase, their MCU versions seem very "gritty" (not sure if it's the best word to say) to be included in the CMF.

Chima, Ninjago, Overwatch had a big figure with minifigure head, I won't be surprised if this is the case though I imagine it will be really weird. To me, I'm hoping for an entire new mold specifically for Thanos. Or saying it again they can go to the route of bootleg bigfigure design. Lego bootlegging a bootleg. That would be awesome.
