I do own the 2018 version but there are a number of things they could improve on and given that this new version has roughly 3 times as many pieces I'm stoked.

Yes there are improvements that could make it better but even with only twice the parts it would be huge, so I may pick it up anyway too. I had no idea the part count was so much higher.

I actually liked the last one, especially with the pod attached on the rear end.

Alongside the Sanctuary set, she is also set to be in the Advent Calendar, which I feel like nobody talks about enough.

Could wind up being a Christmas themed variant, like the Iron Man with Christmas Jumper - so would not necessarily rely on the Christmas calendar for figures.

How much is the Benatar if it’s not the most expensive?

Prices stay the same, set numbers might be different similar to how the Venom set number we had was actually for Carnage.

What set is everyone most looking foward to?

Probably the Final Battle set for the figures. I'd hope the Benetar is amazing, even if I might not get it as I would prefer the Milano. Not sure what to expect with the Daily Bugle, it can go either way. I'm kinda expecting it to be visually impressive but not somethind I'd end up getting. As for the Sanctuary II I'd have hoped that to be a larger set but it still interests me a bit :shrug_oh_well:

When we have concrete information such as set information about figures leaks and stuff I think we should focus on those.

Sometimes, I kinda agree posting wishlist is somehow lame and not needed specially if it's obvious that the figure isn't coming anytime soon (such as F4, Xmen stuff) kinda throw away with what information we currently have that we should tackle.

ohhh no I meant prior to info being out lol

The rumor about 76198 is it true? It is said that there will be a set called " Spider-Man Mech vs. Doc Ock Mech"

In #legoleaks has a photo of Daredevil torso. It looks like a fake.

That's definitely fake. When a leak is intentionally blurry like this one it's almost always fake.

While its definetly fake, I'd appreciate if anyone could tell me what piece actuall is, I can't seem to figure it out

It's not an official piece, just a custom one passed off as the real deal.

Sounds interesting! I’d be on board with another set containing that sweet Doc Ock figure that isn’t ‘Spider-Man’s Monster Truck’. And the mechs have honestly been pretty nice.

I'll admit, I'm actually interested in the concept of a Doc Ock mech, especially if it takes design cues from the 2016 set (not the 4 legs, but things like the colourscheme and the tanks on the side). I imagine the reason it got put alongside a spidey mech is because it has many more parts than spidey, which by itself would've probably been $15 and break up the consistency of the mech subline.

And if I'm not mistaken, this means there's only one $20 spiderman set left to know about. If it means having more accurate sets, I'm honestly fine waiting until next year for NWH sets.

So is this instead of the Mysterio set that was rumored before?

The article of the set with Mysterio is 76184, and the article of the set with Doctor Ock mech is 76198

How much interior do you think we will get in the Benatar?

Hopefully all the interior details we see in Infinity War/Endgame. As in, seating for all the Guardians, the table they lay Thor on and access to the pod which detaches from the main ship.

IW version was already good, has so much room to incorporate minifigures, I'm also wondering how they will make it better. Probably they'd do two floors accurate to the film. Which will be damn so good.

There is a comics precedent for a Doc Ock mech, or at least a version of him where his badly damaged body is encased in a large armored suit that can attach to, and remotely operate, other devices.

Had a thought concerning the Doc Ock mech set: It'd make a perfect little "mini-theme" of mechs where you'd get a Spider-Man mech (talking different/alternate versions of SM like the Miles one) vs a villain mech; kind of like Mighty Micros but... Mighty Mechs. Say Sp//der vs Green Goblin, steampunky Noir mech vs a better Rhino mech than the one we got. Is it dreaming? 100%, alts would probably be too desirable not to put in more expensive sets and, to my knowledge, the Spider-Army doesn't really have that much exposure outside of Spider-Verse atm. But, you know, just a thought.

Speaking of the Doc Ock set though, is there a price on that? (yeah, I know, somewhere in the depths of these pages, there probably is)

$20

And honestly I agree with you there - I'd love if they really take the chance to give us variant spidermen mech suits, even more so if they give us the few mechs that are actually comic canon like SP//DR, Leopardon, and VEN#m.

Thanks! Guessed as much but you never know with Lego.

And yeah, I'd personally love a whole comics Spider-verse line with the Inheritors (too dark, well aware) but you take what you can get.  It's absolutely astonishing though that we got Spider-Ham and even Pork Grind before we got any version of SP//dr considering Lego's love of mechs.
