I'm not too familiar with Punisher, but I do believe he usually has a grim look on his face whereas this one has a somewhat cocky smirk. Regards, Mitch
Brick Cucumber Posted April 15, 2021 Posted April 15, 2021 You guys are seeing a smirk in that Punisher face print? It looks to me more like the angry / frustrated Lego faces. Their smirks are usually sharper and have cheek markings indicating the smile. Plus the eye-brows don't match u- Also even it it was a smirk, Frank is shown to be callous and smirks a lot when 'Punishing' his victims

I like it tho, in my opinon it also fits his character.
Childish Goblino Posted April 15, 2021 Posted April 15, 2021 I'm not even seeing a new face for punisher at the usual place? I'm assuming there's a new usual place I've been left out of the loop on.

The Punisher in the image next to the Cap? Or am I missing a new leak? Bacause I can't think of a single time when lego has had a smirking character have the eyebrows so far down that they're overlapping the eyes. Or have ever printed the forehead wrinkle for a character that's supposed to be smirking and not angry.

TobyAis Posted April 15, 2021 Posted April 15, 2021 I still think the 4+ set could be from TFA, it'd make more sense I reckon All the sets are Endgame (of course, the biggest MCU movie and one of the latest) and then Iron Man (2008), so why make an AoU set.. it doesn't make any sense to me, if they're making an Infinity Saga subtheme, then they'd start it from the beginning so Iron Man and after that, something maybe TFA, Thor or The Avengers but not the second Avengers movie.. But of course, that would be the case if Lego were doing things logically.. which isn't always the case Also the "black avengers motorcycle" is not from an official description, it's from the description written by a leaker? or even if it was by Lego.. they can still put label on things without being accurate, happened before but I guess we'll see

Also to the ones that we got little or inaccurate sets for, like Ant-Man movies, or Doctor Strange.

Yeah or even sets from movies they made like The Avengers, I didn't get the chance to get any of them back in 2012. I'd kill for a better looking Loki, Cap, Mark 7 or anything else really ^^

Look, the set is based on AoU. Not TFA, not TWS - AoU. And there's that.

NXS7 Posted April 15, 2021 Posted April 15, 2021 A new Harry Potter leak has shown us brick built minifigures (akin to Giant Man and Ares) of Harry and Hermione. Imagine the possibilities if Marvel did this

SpiderJazz Posted April 15, 2021 Posted April 15, 2021 Wow those MEGA figure are so well done. That hair of Hermoine looks freaking dope.
lego_guyon02 Posted April 15, 2021 Posted April 15, 2021 I wouldn't mind seeing Marvel get sets like these as a seperate type of display product but not as part of a playset, in that case I would much rather get something similar to Arishem.

I have and love the current Giant Man from the Civil War set but those are a definite upgrade. Also, where is everyone seeing this new Punisher face? Is it in the usual spot, or is it on someone's story? I can't find it.
