Wasn’t confirming anything just putting that out there. Lego usually doesn’t give big announcements on back to back days so if it is coming this week with R2 tomorrow, the only other day would be Friday

I'm dying to see Wanda (even if she ends up not having a leg printing) and Thanos! (3rd version for MCU let's see if TLG folks has made a difference this time) I'm also excited to see the Iron Monger build, the feeling of having an Ironman 1 set gives me goosebumps, knowing that eventually we could get those movies that didn't get the chance to have a lego set back in the day.

I see, thanks for clarification.

On the matter of Captain Carter: I'm hoping the CMF version will be a military uniform variant, and use the CMF budget to include a proper kite shield (neither triangular shield captures that). This would establish such a mold so that a later Infinity Saga legacy set can be done of TFA, particularly the rescue sequence. (And down the line Castle can have it.)

I wonder if the Steve Rogers Spider-Man may give us a spider shaped shield, or (more likely) a web print variant of the convex round shield.

I think Throg could be closer to the size of Gollum to get the body shape. I need a better Loki anyway, so I will definitely look for them.

Monica could go either way. SWORD outfit (my preference), or 60s Geraldine with SWORD symbol pendant. We will probably see her later as Photon, but it's unlikely she'll still be in the SWORD outfit for that.

This probably a stretch but both FB and Twitter pages of Spiderman teases Sinister Six in their upcoming comics, I wonder if this is just a coincidence maybe?

If the Bugle is coming mid May for VIP's the reveal will probably be the first week of May

Isnt there a Disney Frozen castle D2C before the Bugle or has that release changed?

It's a week until the date they were officially revealed last year, so any day now :moar:

Recently they tend to release a wave then a day or two later the next wave goes up as 'Coming Soon' on the website with the "May" wave strangely releasing 26th April (next Monday) so shouldn't be long for official pics and they hopefully leak from early uploaded images or something sooner :excited:

I'm guessing Stan Lee will not be in the Bugle. I know there are a few characters left to be revealed and it would be nice to get him.

I mean, so far he's not that unlikely

Coincidence. Not everything is related to Lego.

I think he means more so in terms of Spider-Man 3, not the bugle. In terms of that, it’s possible, marvel likes to have their comics at least slightly related to the movies coming out at the time, but really we don’t know.

It brings back the 90's font, one of the greatest comics of all time IMO, with Daily Bugle being released soon, I wonder where does the set based in Spiderman universe.

I was wondering about the set actually, I think there was no information yet where does the set mainly Daily Bugle is based on. Or I just probably missed it.

Oh, well I’ll guess it’s probably like the rest of LEGO’s marvel comics stuff, not based on any comic in particular and just an amalgamation of multiple elements from different times. I wouldn’t expect it to be a specific version of the bulge, if that’s what you mean.

Assuming that Bucky is going to have that similar torso as he had before, I shall be interested in him for Blackhawk uniforms. Depending on which Cap Carter appears where, I’ll be after the torso with the flag design. I’m also interested in how Spider Cap and Falcon turn out. I’m more interested in this series than Looney Tunes, for certain.

I'd be surprised if we don't see them this week, though admittedly it risks overshadowing some of the Star Wars stuff if they reveal all this Marvel stuff too soon.

Over the last few pages everyone's been asking that question and the truth is nobody knows exactly when it is releasing. We had a few remarks about April that turned out to be nothing, then we have Bohner saying May and a few remarks from others of May/June. People did respond to you I think, but they did not qoute you, don't take it personally - just that question has been asked a lot :shrug_oh_well:

Thanks! For reason I asked that question a few pages back, this thread is just exploded with countless comments. It’s hard for me to catch up. So yeah, it’s bit tricky. But thank you!

How many new moulds do you guys expect in this series? My guess would be 7:

  1. Wanda’s hairpiece
  2. Monica’s hairpiece
  3. Throg
  4. Loki’s hairpiece
  5. Panther Lord’s helmet
  6. Peggy’s hairpiece (there has to be a reason she’s included)
  7. Gamora’s sword

7 is a reasonable amount I think  It’s funny how some series only have 1 (like TLBM S2) while others have up to 15 or so :snicker:

I would add Female Loki's Hairpiece (Unless the horns are an acessory that connects to regular hairpieces).

I think Monica could work with some existing hairpieces.

Wanda's hairpiece, Sam's wings, Loki's hair, Throg (could be more than 1), Peggy's hair and T'Challa's helmet.

I am not sure about accessories, could turn out either ways.

Does she even have them in the series? Didn’t look like it so far, but then again, we haven’t had a clear look at her yet :shrug_oh_well:

It's nothing more than speculation but I think that favor Bucky called in (that Wakandan case) is a new wingsuit made of vibranium.

Episode 5: "I don't need these wings anymore, keep them."

Episode 6: *opens Pulp Fiction suitcase* "Never mind!"

I thought the scene with Torres and the following training montage implied that he would ditch the wings when he becomes Cap, but maybe not :shrug_oh_well:

Looking at the comics and just thinking what could be big enough to warrant a cliffhanger (and taking in mind the fact it's a favor Bucky called in from Wakanda) I think a new vibranium wingsuit should be a safe bet. And a few years from now Torres might use Sam's broken wings to become the new Falcon, similarly to how he became Falcon when Sam took on the Cap mantle in the comics!

Which is exactly why I'm puzzled by this  I thought Falcon leaving his wings with Torres would be a set-up for the latter to become the new Falcon, but would they really both have wings? Isn't that a bit redundant?

I certainly wouldn't complain though, just a random observation :shrug_oh_well:

He dropped the ones from his old suit.

He's still Falcon, he's not a guy running with a shield. He's both Captain America and Falcon.

Not to mention that thanks to leaked toys we know he'll have his wings in the new suit.
