I get the comparison but in this specific scenario you just can't compare Star Wars and Marvel. I also wouldn't be too sure about the Milano being more popular than the Benatar.

Yeah that's not gonna happen.

1. They already made 2 copies of it.
2. It's destroyed and not coming back.
3. The Benatar is the Guardians' new ship, doesn't make sense to draw attention to the old one.
4. It has only been in 2 films, the 2nd of which barely showed it before it's destruction.

Milano was in an epic dogfight scene in the asteroid belt before it crashed. I would like a new Milano. Though I think the Benatar would be a bit more likely.

I would like an Endgame D2C. I think it is in the range of probability.

Nah, just speculating, lol. I still expect the D2C to be Avengers Tower, they have adapted that several times and I'm expecting a Hulkbuster situation where they will just give us a D2C variant that everyone wanted but winds up not being accurate xD

While this is true, they did adapt the Hulkbuster and that had previously appeared for only 4 minutes of screentime in Age Of Ultron before we got a D2C.

In terms of the 2018 lesser focused vehicles:

• The Q-Ship was a big factor in Infinity War's marketting
• The Sanctuary II had more screentime than the most screentime, but admittedly that was primarily in Avengers Endgame which likely would not have factored into the D2C process
• The Statesman had a lot of screentime in Thor Ragnarok but was not particularly relevant to the MCU beyond that film (and the opening moments of Avengers: Infinity War)

At the time that Lego would be adapting the D2C from (roughly 2018/early 2019) the Milano had appeared in two full movies and the Benetar had only appeared in Infinity War. While it makes more sense to adapt the new ship, the Milano had more focused and is arguably the more iconic ship. In addition, James Gun has remarked that the Milano may end up returning in some form in the future.

• The Shield Helicarrier was released in March 2015 retired in November 2017
• The Hulkbuster: Ultron Edition was released in March 2018 retired in December 2019
• A D2C Milano could be released in March 2021 and retired in November 2023, allowing for coverage of both the Guardians Of The Galaxy Christmas Special (2022) and Guardians Of The Galaxy 3 (2023)

I can also see Lego being much more likely to adapt a set that features a bright blue and yellow Milano rather than the bright orange and grey of the Benetar, would require a lot of pieces in a colour they do not tend to use much elsewhere.

While possible the general implication of the Endgame Lego Wave was that Lego were not given enough concept art for the movie prior, possibly to avoid spoilers about the film being released. A D2C being released in 2021 would need to have been in design/concept stage around 2018. 2012's Avengers resulted in 2015's Shield Helicarrier. 2015's Age Of Ultron resulted in 2018's Hulkbuster: Ultron Edition.

Lego seemingly had very little to go off in regards to Endgame in 2018/2019 which is why the waves were very innacurate, as far as I can tell they were informed of:

• Quinjet, potentially with concept art of the Quinjet provided to them
• The Avengers Compound having some focus
• The new Iron Man suit
• The new War Machine suit (maybe early concept of a War Machine Hulkbuster?)
• That Thanos would be back with the Infinity Gauntlet and have a new army of Chitauri, Outriders and Leviathans
• That Captain Marvel would be involved in the final battle in some form
• Time Travel/Quantum Realm suits (presumably working from the concept art of everyone wearing it)
• Stark Gauntlet & Rescue (Presumably they were informed of this later as the set including these elements did not release until November 2019)

Aspects such as the Sanctuary II are potentially possible, as that featured in Ragnarok & Infinity War so Lego would likely have had enough concept art lying around and I'm sure Marvel/Disney could have informed them that the ship would return in Endgame without giving away too much information. It's more likely that you'd get an Endgame wave or set rather than the D2C being Endgame related, as Lego waves/sets can get into production a lot quicker and generally have a turnaround time of one or two years which would allow for Endgame to fit into the potential basis for the Avengers wave this summer... though obviously this is just wishful thinking :p

"I’ve never met Kirsten Dunst, i’ve only met Andrew once and i’ve bumped into Tobey a few times at different parties in LA...but they seem to be lovely, really nice people.I hope they enjoy the movies"

yeah Spider-Man 3 may not be the movie we thought it was hence the lack of a lot of sets in October

my point is we shouldn't be hopping on this Spider verse thing full force. Nothing has been confirmed and we are literally only going off Molina and Fox returning. I agree I hopped aboard that train but this interview opened my eyes a bit. 

 

There is a CHANCE that this isn't what we think it is.

First, Tom Holland didn’t say something like “oh yeah that’s definitely not happening” but even if he did actors lie about upcoming movies/shows all the time (remember Tatiana Maslany?) 

Given that Spider-Man 3 is a direct tie-in to Doctor Strange 2, I’d be extremely surprised if it’s not Spiderverse.

I'm just saying, don't hype yourselves up too much until we actually know what this movie is. You all can have your assumptions and educated guesses but unless you're Sony, we have no idea what's gonna happen.

Where was that confirmed? It’s likely with the amount of rumors that say so, but was it ever confirmed full stop? I think we're basing our speculation on speculation here, which is fine, but that definitely makes it subject to change.

And yes, I know Cumberbatch will appear, we just don't know the extent...

Kevin Feige himself confirmed in Disney Investors Day that Spider-Man 3 is a tie in to Doctor Strange 2.

 • Alfred Molina and Jamie Foxx appear in the movie as Doc Ock and Electro (confirmed; definitely multiverse stuff)

 • Benedict Cumberbatch will appear as Doctor Strange (confirmed)

 • Andrew Garfield, Tobey Maguire, Emma Stone and Kirsten Dunst are all expected to reprise their roles (a rumour that's been rumoured by multiple sources)

 • Charlie Cox has not only been cast in the movie, but has also already finished filming his scenes (confirmed - not rumoured; doesn't mean it's a fact, just that they are much more sure of it)

 • multiple other villains such as Green Goblin or Snadman can appear in the movie (rumour)

Also, let's not forget what the most reliable scooper said about this movie (Daniel RPK from Twitter): 

 • the villains aren't just cameos but this is still very much Holland's movie

 • some of [the villains] will get new designs, not all of them, but it's not just Electro

 • the other Spider-Men don't come into the picture until the 3rd act

 • 1st act is about Peter trying to clear his name while all the crazy multiverse thing happens because of WV; Strange is here to meet Pete know what's going on

 • the villains are from other earths

if it is that clear then tell us the entire plot lmao. Also you said "rumored" a lot. I was referring to 100% concrete things. Once we get a trailer hopefully some things will be cleared up

Can't get more direct than that. The wait is killing me, but I guess we'll just have to see how close to the chest they keep the multiverse stuff in marketing.
