I think it is completely within the realm of possibility that it may not be fully enclosed.

 

Stranger Things has 2287 parts and has an open back.

Tower of Orthanc has 2359 parts and has an open back.

Joker Manor has 3444 parts and has an open back. 

Ghostsbuster's HQ has 4634 parts and has a closed back.

 

Actually, I think I have convinced myself - I think it is more likely that The Daily Bugle will have an open back than it is fully enclosed.

Such a strange assemblage of heroes. 

Back at the start of all of this, I was longing for Cage, Iron Fist and Jessica Jones. 

But Daredevil, Punisher, Spider-Gwen, Blade and Firestar? Very worthwhile alternatives. What are we thinking about an Iceman inclusion? 

Edit: Oh, nevermind on that last bit haha.

Do we think all the villains are going to be repeats of the January ones? I think they are kind of in here as filler, while for a change the heroes/civvies are the new ones.

Here's the thing, I can believe we're getting 25 minifigures if some of them are random civilians.

This really hits home as I've been watching the original 1997 Spider-Man cartoon & Ultimate Spider-Man lately.

We already know that Green Goblin and Mysterio will be repeats.

I guess Carnage, Doc Ock and Venom (and any other villains that will appear) will also be repeats, if they were made in Lego form before.

Yeah, same. We're already on... What? 15 characters? 

Presumably a taxi driver as well makes 16. 

9 more characters made up of a mix of Bugle staff/Spidey supporting characters and random civvies is doable (although a slightly lower number seems more realistic to me)

i might use my vip points while getting the set and honestly i cant see the set having 25 minifigures in it but i may be wrong

one spider man character who wont be getting a minifig is curt connors due to his one arm

i hope the set is a bit more steady then the ghostbusters hq which i found to be flimsy at the bottom

Heroes: Spider-man, Spider-Gwen, Daredevil, Punisher, Black Cat, Blade, Firestar

Villains: Venom, Carnage, Mysterio, Goblin, Sandman, Doc Ock

We are at 18/25, I believe. Am I missing anyone?

He's definetly not being in this set, but if Lego wanted to make him, they could give him a green hand, hinting at his transformation
