I mean that’s a build. 

There are some not necessarily “odd” choices being made, but some choices were in fact made. The red is rather bold. Not at all what I expected and I don’t know if it’s what I wanted either. 
 

But for sure, it is a thing.

New less grainy pic in the usual place, didn't notice that there appears to be a hole in the building where Green Goblin is before this. Hope that's easily changed to have a more complete look

Really unexpected choice for the look of it, I really thought it would be a cream coloured building like the modular police station. Not sure how I feel about it until I see clearer pics.

This was pretty much my exact first impression. But the more I look at it the more I dig it.

That is one tall building! I love those windows, red fire escapes, huge logo, screen with Scarlet Spider and the overall look. The hole in the building also looks amazing. 

Doc Ock's arms are... interesting, to say the least.

Can't wait to see it in it's full glory.

This is probably my all time favorite marvel set. It looks soooooo good the official pictures will be even better. The amount of Easter eggs will be insane. A great love letter to Spider-Man

In the stairs (top to bottom): Firestar, Spider-Gwen, Mysterio, Venom, Blade and Carnage;

In the building (top to bottom): Doc Ock, Spider-man, Goblin and Sandman.

Do you see some other minifigs?

We are still missing a lower layer of the Daily Bugle along with the Taxi Cab, presumably some are fighting/fleeing the remaining villains on the street.

Gonna want a better quality picture of the whole thing to proper make my mind up but it's... A little dull facade wise? It nails the modern skyscraper look for sure (although the red fire escape is a... choice there), maybe I was just expecting something a little more Art Deco even if it wasn't the Flatiron.

This set is better than I expected. I like how the width doesn't exceed it's height. Best marvel set ever imo
