I mean it would make sense tbh... Theorised this match-up in the past, the idea of a Carnage head/bust and a later Venom head/bust Though admittedly I don't see why they would potentially delay the other 18+ set if it is a Venom head/bust, though Falcon has admittedly hinted it might be releasing in June. Though yeah, leaning towards it being Venom, as I said before; "why would'nt they make the protagonist of the movie into a Head/Bust also?"
TOTDForever Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 I wonder if they would give Venom his patented long tongue if he had a lego bust? Or would they play it safe and leave his mouth closed?
THELEGOBATMAN Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 @Falconfan1414 just reposted info about summer Avengers sets and Marvel CMF on Insta Stories. Could this mean we'll get some more detailed info soon?

TOTDForever Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 something tells me that the juniors Spider-Man 3 set is going to have exclusive minifigs. I may need all 3 sets if that is the case

Falconfan1414 Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 You assume they are Spider-Man 3 sets

From what we know as of now, we're getting three $20 sets, one of them being 4+ - that gives us around 9 minifigures. Do you really think we'd just get 6 minifgures with 4+ set reusing half of them? Lol. Anyway, I'm still sceptical towards this info. Something just doesn't add up.
THELEGOBATMAN Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 I just randomly stepped on some legit Lego WandaVision Disney+ info. You guys remember CM4Sci, right? Charles Murphy: "After seeing Wanda with the headpiece for an entire episode, I now don't really want to see Wanda in action without the headpiece ever again". CM4Sci: "Don't worry, she will get it if what I've heard about some LEGO stuff is true".

Could be CMF series later in this year, could be the Disney+ set, could even be Spider-man 3 if she shows up there as he's meant to be mentored by Doctor Strange and Wanda could be involved in that. To a lesser extent could even be a comic inspired Wanda or a polybag including her with a headpiece. We don't know exactly what CM4Sci has heard. At its core CM4Sci is only talking about Wanda retaining the head piece. 3 hours ago, Falconfan1414 said: You assume they are Spider-Man 3 sets 3 hours ago, LOTR34 said: I mean it's a Spider-Man movie, of course there are going to be sets based on it. The description we have in terms of the compiled list of sets is that they are releasing under the 'Spider-man' theme. This does not confirm they are Spider-man 3 sets, though the delayed could hint they have elements from Spider-man 3 - it could simply be that Lego would prefer to release the Spider-man sets closer together to profit from the attention the movie gives the Spider-man theme. I am not the only one who thinks this He did use a LEGO Batman movie photo for the DC sets though. Granted Spider Man sets around 2 months before the movies 'current' release date would signify they are based on the film, but then there could be even more sets we don't know about that release later on
cosmic Posted February 14, 2021 Posted February 14, 2021 What if we get a comic Wanda in the CMF series that introduces the headpiece which is then reused for a Wandavision set featuring her halloween costume. I’ve been dying for a comic Scarlet Witch so I think this can appease both fans. Also why else would a Spiderman set releasing around the time of a new Spiderman movie go to anything other than that movie? Especially when we already got a winter wave of “comic” Spidey sets.
Another Brick In The Wall Posted February 14, 2021 Posted February 14, 2021 Has Avenger's Tower been retired? Thanks in advance.

Mentioned some potential reasons earlier, but generally the set could be either trying to sell based on the popularity of the movie OR it may have elements/pieces from the Spider-man 3 sets that they don't want revealed so early. It could be loosely connected to Spider-man 3 without being a Spider-man 3 set. 3 minutes ago, Another Brick In The Wall said: Has Avenger's Tower been retired? Thanks in advance. Unsure about your location but 76166 is still around I think, though would not be surprised if it retires sometime this year.

I would say due to the pandemic, production is slow! In Australia its been temporary out of stock for the last 4 months!

Why would they have versions of characters or builds from the movie and not have it be based on the movie? That makes no sense. Also what would the set numbers be if not the 3 we know about? This whole this is unorthodox

This whole this is unorthodox 76174 has elements from Far From Home in the form of movie accurate drones and Mysterio (Albeit comic accurate) using a new piece they introduced in the Far From Home sets. I feel that would be a set which Lego might have delayed if that was in a similar position. Chances are we won't know until we see them and even then they may have been pushed back simply because that way they can release them alongside potentially other Spider-man sets. 10 minutes ago, Falconfan1414 said: You would be surprised The most surprising would be Legacy Spider-man sets adapting from the previous movies No clue, but I do find it interesting they got pushed back, wonder why Edited February 14, 2021 by Scarilian

If they tie into the movie then they tie into the movie. It would be really dumb for them to release, let's say, another Spider-Man jet set that has a goofy colorful build and a very obnoxious design with movie accurate characters yet still be labeled as "comic spidey" sets. If endgame sets could have sets released in the window of the movie they were based on coming out then so can Spider-Man 3. Before anyone says it: Yes, I'm aware that the sets weren't accurate due to the heavy spoilers and we did get a "spoiler" set later on, but my point stands. Tie in sets are tie in sets 1 minute ago, Scarilian said: 76174 has elements from Far From Home in the form of movie accurate drones and Mysterio (Albeit comic accurate) using a new piece they introduced in the Far From Home sets. Same for all other marvel movies coming out this year. Also that set, if anything, has more elements from Spider-Man Ps4 than it does FFH. you would be lying to me if you looked me dead in the eye and said the doc ock and spidey in that set aren't the ps4 versions (Some elitists on here are gonna attack me for that but it is true) Edited February 14, 2021 by TOTDForever
