Now if there's just a retailer catalogue, that might not leak out for a long time or ever, but that wasn't even the lame claim being made. Everyone please carry on with real discussion.

Can confirm that no such images exist, at least from the January 2021 catalog I have received. The only “new” Marvel sets from the catalog are the Eternals ones, which were already leaked. Seriously though, it’s bizarre that these Eternals sets and Ninjago City Gardens still haven’t been revealed by Lego and were leaked in their own catalogs. The even weirder part is that the former isn’t even coming out this month and the latter will only be available for VIPs. It’s just hilarious that Lego’s been putting the boot down on leaks of their products but they themselves have become the biggest leaker in the community.

Buckethead Posted January 8, 2021 Posted January 8, 2021 When the first Ant-Man film was coming out, the set was released in June. With Shang-Chi set to release in July, I assume it will also have a June release. I don't remember when images for the Ant-Man set first leaked?

Even if anyone here remembered when that set leaked it wouldn't really be usefull information. A lot has changed over the last 6 years in terms of leaks.

Marvel does not like leaks coming from merchandise, so there is almost assuredly some sort of contractual clause in place that prevents companies from officially unveiling movie merchandise without the studio's okay. The team working on Marvel Legends has mentioned several times in the past that there are toys they simply aren't allowed to show off to the public until they are closer to the release date of the actual movie, which probably applies to Lego as well. Lego most likely will not be doing any official announcements about the Eternals sets until there is at least a trailer. Edited January 8, 2021 by Battlinpanther
Scarilian Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Anyway... getting back on topic :P Even though NYTF is not happening physically, that does not prevent us from getting official reveals that we would otherwise have gotten at the NYTF time. It's also possible that it will become an online/virtual showcase to businesses and those who normally provide NYTF images or news will likely be part of those able to view these (E.g. Brickjournal, Zusammengebaut, etc...) I'm sure Lego will find a method of advertising sets, so don't worry that it's not physical.

Not a great conversion for Arishem and the Domo on the face of it but I assume US prices are pre-tax?

I have no memory of ever signing up so that tallies for me ? It's nice to get an up close look at the Eternals sets myself and now I'm getting much more hyped for them and the movie! I'm quite intrigued by the new blade pieces as they appear as though they won't simply be trans-clear but will have some iridescence or pearlescence. It's crazy we have no idea when these will actually come out but I'm okay with it if it isn't until October or something. That gives me some time to pick up some of the current stuff and things I missed last year while things financially recover here in the states. 2020 sucked but I have some hope for 2021.
