I wonder if the stars on the golden torsos are the only reference to the original stars that we'll be getting. It seems a bit odd to have them pasted there at all, especially if it's just on these golden figures and not the standard ones included with the sets. Also I guess this confirms the sets will include the moments versions of the torsos?

Ooo! How about gold capes (with or without stars)?

What was the confirmation for the Moment style torso that people saw? The one with the badge. Was there a House badge on the the golden fig in the background?

He doesn't have the actual figure yet according to what he said.  The picture doesn't show whether it has the crest on it or not. It was only of the right half of the figure taken diagonally and the whole thing looks to be encased in plastic again like the others originally were when we first saw them.

While that's true the picture does show the jumpers creasing and neck/tie area, which line up with the Moments torso's and differ from the 'normal' ones. So while we may not have seen the crest itself it's very safe to assume it's there.

The size of the collar and the creases are exactly the same as the Gryffindor-torso from the Moments-sets.

I know I just talked about wanting Harry in his red sweater from Philosopher's Stone (from the trapdoor to his showdown with Quirell/Voldemort)

But today I noticed that when Harry inspects Riddle's diary and gets sucked into the book's memory of Riddle interrogating Hagrid guess what Harry's wearing?

Yes he's wearing the same red sweater, and it looks like someone's cast reparo on it.

I think it's a different jumper - presumably he was upset his favourite one was torn so he went to buy a replacement. The one in Chamber has three wider 'pillars' of the twisted fabric in the middle of the jumper and straight stripes the rest of the way, whereas the one in Philosopher's has equal-width stripes of smooth and twisted fabric alternating.

Are you talking about gold figures or regular?

The golden Ron teased in that video.

So the gold figures have moments torsos... that's odd. Doesn't necessarily mean the regular figures will have them, but it does make it more likely, unfortunately.

I always loved that red jumper from Philosopher's Stone and was pleased he wore it again (or something that looks like it) in Chamber of Secrets during that scene with the diary. Doesn't he also wear a green version of the sweater in one of the first two movies?

"Wizard's chess" scene from Philosopher's Stone:https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Ys32ZKGJRmw/VKLuyb__I5I/AAAAAAAACYs/iirIK4pc1mA/s1600/harry%2Bpotter%2Bwizard's%2Bchess%2B2.jpg
"Not in the restricted section. Happy Christmas."

Edit: he also wears a blue one in the Quidditch training scene. Harry sure has a thing for cable-knit sweaters.

I thought the assumed wisdom was that those torsos were anniversary torsos. It would be odd for the anniversary figures not to have the anniversary torso prints, no?

Right, I'm stupid. *facepalm*

Same thing for Myrtle's bathroom? Or do you think there's a chance we get the robe torsos from Diagon Alley?

The optimist in me says robes. The pessimist says they'll keep up with the anniversary theme and give us the Moments Torsos.

Though having a Hufflepuff torso would be welcome, so swings and roundabouts!

Thank you for confirming that! I figured it would have been around the holidays when he was wearing the green sweater.

I remember the blue one as well now that you mention it.

Where are the HP Q and A today? So far I have not found the direct link to the video  Do you have to be a member of Instagram or twitter to see it *huh* Is it possible to see it later if one miss the live show?

You can see it on lego.com if I'm not mistaken

Hardly a surprise with yesterday's tease but I do really hope they don't use the Moments torso's for the normal figures in the sets. If they miss out on this chance to give us 3 Slytherin robes in a cheap and very easy to get set I'll definitely be very disappointed.

I like all three figs, worth noting that Ron's torso isn't exactly the moments torso as the Gryffindor badge is more of a crest than a shield.

I too am really hoping we get robed students in these sets, think we will at least in the girl's bathroom set.
