I can see them doing anniversary sets with 1 yellow figure each, so if there is 4 sets I would look at those from 2001 which have not been remade yet:

1 Gringots Bank, we already expect this this year. This one won’t connect with the others.

2 Troll on the Loose, bathroom build with a Grawp like troll

3 Philosophers Stone Challenges

4 Flying Lesson? Maybe with a wall for Neville to get stuck on.

Then the yellow figure are the trio and maybe Dumbledore

@Guyon2002 told us that his source believed that there was potentially a couple of anniversary sets coming this summer, although whether they were retail or gift with purchase sets was unknown. So anniversary sets are a possibility and like I said, I can totally see them doing the same as with the SW anniversary sets and throwing in a yellow figure. But there is no proof four sets are coming; this IG leaker is unreliable anyway from their profile activity, plus he edited his post to change it from four to three sets, so I wouldn't expect too much.

The sets I mentioned back then are either GWP's or BrickHeadz, I'm leaning towards the latter but don't quote me on that.

As for this leak, I can neither confirm nor deny it's credibility.

Thanks for the clarification.

Um I’m kind confused with sets.

Is Gringotts Banks confirmed to be one of these sets this year. Or is it pure speculations?

Also, is there a real list of set numbers (even if there are no names yet)?

There is nothing confirmed right now except for set numbers and prices. Keep in mind that even those are from leakers, and as reliable as they may be, should be taken with at least a small grain of salt until confirmed by Lego themselves. Such is the game of Lego leaks

We're getting another poly this year.

Of course, nothing exciting about poly but that’s cool. I hope it’s a good one.

I wouldn't be surprised if the polybag is an anniversary one with a yellow Harry. Add sets for the Troll in the bathroom and the forbidden corridor, and it would cover the anniversary nicely!

Star Wars got yellow headed figures as part of 20 years of the theme, all of them consistent with loads of sets released. Harry Potter hasn't released sets for half of those 20 years. Also, only the first two Harry Potter films had sets released with yellow heads from 2001-03, Star Wars had five films with yellow headed sets released over six years.

I don't think the yellow heads have the history with this theme that they do with Star Wars, and a good deal of the minifigs were not a very good representation of the characters from the films, charming as they were.

While I wouldn't rule out getting yellow minifigures, I wouldn't be surprised if the students having crested jumpers in the Hogwarts Moments sets are the closest thing to anniversary minifigures we get this year, which seems like a good compromise considering the inconsistent set releases of the Harry Potter theme compared to Star Wars.

There's a small part of me that hopes we get yellow-head figures with the current head prints (which I know intellectually will never happen). I never use fleshies for my films, but some of the modern prints would be so useful!

As we know these are all unconfirmed name wise so when can we expect to hear accurate rumours of set names

Realistically, only when the set pictures get revealed in late April  Since our only reliable source for set names from the last few years has fallen victim to COVID (that being the toy fairs), there’s little chance for any leaks besides minifig parts :sceptic:

I'm guessing that the 4 connecting sets will be 4 common rooms - 1 for each house.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but:

  1. That idea doesn’t gel at all with the prices
  2. There’s not much “anniversary” themed about that, if we assume the alleged leaker is right
  3. Speaking of which: They have corrected their info to 3 connecting sets
  4. This info is very likely fake since not a single other source has corroborated it

There is a post on #legoleaks saying two new Moments sets coming - is this the same rumour as was posted on the last page? Have we dismissed it as rubbish?

It's bs.

It's important to just use your head with rumors like this. Even excluding what we know about prices we know there won't be a wave of Hogwarts moments sets based on the houses. The HM sets are aimed at children even more than the regular sets. LEGO struggled to find a single character recognizable enough to include in the existing sets for Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff, I doubt they will make entire sets for those houses. The main sets have given us a handful of obscure characters and builds but I don't see LEGO releasing a $30 set based on a room that wasn't in the movies at all (at least for Hufflepuff).

Just to return to the rumours of a TV series I can only think of one idea that would work for me - Moody Begins, or The MadEyelorian.
