Posted January 18, 20214 yr After seeing this beauty appear in the tv it was love at first sight. My passion for formula 1 and Lego made me try to build in Lego This was the result, I hope you like it. Lotus 18 was the first mid-engined car built by Lotus and was a marked improvement over Chapman's early and only moderately successful front-engined formula cars, the 12 and 16 Its first World Championship win happened when driven by Stirling Moss the car took a dominant win at the 1960 Monaco Grand Prix. It was an early taste of things to come. Moss also won the United States Grand Prix at the end of the season helping Lotus finish second in the constructors' championship. Moss repeated his win in a legendary race at Monaco the following year, beating off the more powerful and faster 'sharknose' Ferraris. January 18, 20214 yr Looks great! Creative solution for the windscreen, and the interior details in the cockpit are really nice, not to mention all the mechanical components. There's some stiff competition in this contest, but I'd say you've got a top contender here!
January 23, 20214 yr This looks great, but I'm not familiar with the real life car. Why are there holes in the sides?
January 27, 20214 yr Nice! That seat is really wonderful! Nice technique Edited January 27, 20214 yr by Rebel_Lego
