How clever it is to put a set 6 months in advance on a website ? What is the point ?

Pre-orders, for one. Budgeting, for another - people budget their money, and if they know in advance, they'll put this in there.

Nobody can preorder it ! We don't even know the price yet ! :|

Exactly. And we can't budget for it if we don't know the price...

They probably thought it would be dumb releasing the classicly sit with the new episode 3 sets at the same time.

Plus they have to make 3000 new grey pieces for the thing. :)

For some reason, the new pics show more details (greeblies) than the first ones that have been captured at the Toy fair... Maybe the first photos were only showing the prototype.

Or is just a photography trick?

I see more greeblies too. More poles. Before, it was just plates and bricks.

On the Shop at Home website in the US of A the price for the Ultimate Collector Series 10030 Imperial Star Destroyer is set at $299.00 and the same goes for the 10143 Death Star II and as the price for the first one in Swedish Kroner is 3390.00 kroner then the second one will have the same price one can assume.

One US Dollar is approximately 7 Swedish Kroner.

So the Swedish price of 3390.00 Kroner for each of these two sets divided by 7 is: $485.00.

The price for the "Ultimate Collector Series" 10030 Imperial Star Destroyer and 10143 Death Star II in US Dollars are $299.00 while the Swedish price in US Dollars is bloody $485.00 so isn't it great to be a Swede and that Death Star II Model Set isn't even worth half of the Imperial Star Destroyer being so damn crappy.

Even if I'm a completist I've got real strong second and third thoughts about the Death Star II... >:(

Sweden - The One... And Only.

If i had that kind of money i wouldnt spend it on the death star to be honest, sure it looks good but to me its just to exspensive and with all the other sets coming out i would rather buy them instead.

I think i will order the isd then because it might indicate the end of the set soon

That's why I bought mine. Plus, if you do it before the 27th, you can get it $50 off at the Lego stores...

Honestly, I just don't get it. This is one seriously ugly set. It will be a great parts pack, but why on earth would LEGO release this? 10030 was FAR nicer looking. What a waste of 3000+ pieces.

Why don't they build a UCS castle!
