It's not HORRIBLE. The rest of the thing is pretty cool. Besides, you can easily get another of the figs (without flashlight) by buying the Police Car. This, unfortunately, is not the case with poor Luminari.

the head spins for real, I hope i will be able to post a video soon. It seems like a nice fig but it's bad if it only comes this way... I wish we could have a normal minifig (but it is still good to see new faces)

Are the hats on the light-up figs compatable with regular figs? If so, this fig has some potential. I can think of several non-Star Wars uses for it.

Well they may spin but im sure we will find a way to stop that from happening, the detail on the face of luminari is beautiful lego have done themselves proud.

Ok i can think of one way, when a figs arm is loose i have in the past put a very small amount of glue on the arms hole then when it hardens the arm is once again stiff to move.

Something like this could be tried with the head, but you would have to be very careful as the heads dont come off. The glue would in theory set on the pole that the head connects to and stop it from spinning.

This is all speculation at the moment but sooner or later someone will try it and then we will see the results.

Hats are hats. Have fun with it!

Damn. Now that's one more set to buy... Actually I'm quite happy about it. She looks like a pretty cool fig.
