It is mostly a colour update, though the solar panels obviously had to be completely reconstructed due to the stripes and there are some other minor changes like the dishes. In fact, I'm not a big afficionado of the Star Wars cartoons myself (not even Clone Wars which seem to be universally loved). But what's great about them is that the cartoons do sport a lot of ships that are pretty neat, either ships from the EU or new designs. Personally, I'm only really a fan of the original trilogy, some books and video games and now also the Mandalorian. But I do appreciate ships like this one no matter where they're from..
