My thoughts exactly, I was really disappointed with the original hut when I built the set. I bought a second Trouble on Tatooine set as I needed an extra Beskar Mando for another display, replacing my two Durasteel Armour Mando minifigs.  There are some / useful nice parts in the ToT sets too. The speeder bike is nice. The ballista is a nice build, but not something I'd display without a Krayt dragon to complete the display.

I saw picture that looked at least authentic (art, not as blurry as all the alien videos) and I thought it maybe is slightly different from the Cloud City version.

But I guess it was fake? From the small glimpse I can say it was at least very very similar.

Nope. It was the Cloud City one unfortunately 

I doubt we'll be seeing summer leaks any time soon. However the spring wave should be leaking very soon.

Almost all of the summer city sets have leaked now, so we might have earlier leaks this year.

Original IP's like City and Ninjago tend to leak a fair bit earlier than stuff like star wars, unfortunately. I guess the Eternals sets leaked a few months ago and aren't releasing until, what, fall 2021? But that's due to covid delaying the film.

Yeah, the statue and helmets are supposed to release in a month or two, they should definitely be leaking in the next few weeks.

I was just about to make an addendum to that post too, the city leaks are also preliminary images and it will probably be some time for proper leaked images.

So SW should then be even further away, with the exception of the helmets.

1. These are preliminary images from retailer catalogue.

2. SW is a licensed theme.

3. SW sets are coming in August.

May sets could leak soon tho, but it's nothing more exciting than helmets and statue.

The Batman bust has been floating around for a few days now, the helmets shouldn’t be far behind. Keen to see what that third helmet is, and if we really are getting that probe droid statue because it hasn’t been on any recent lists.

It's just two helmets - Vader and Scout Trooper. Then there's also a Probe Droid statue, and R2-D2 UCS. 

That's all there is for May, and nothing more until August.

I thought there was a third one that had a set number but nobody knew what it was meant to be? Oh well, these things happen. Doesn’t matter if we get 2 instead of 3, I imagine they will both be of the same quality as last year’s.

That set number now belongs to the advent calendar  There‘s no third helmet any more, at least not that we know of

Nah, set numbers at the beginning of the year were kind of messed up, but MandR explained it properly.

I am curious to see if the Scout Trooper helmet lifts up in the front.  It's unlikely, because then they'd have to actually build a stand underneath it and probably would require making the helmet hollow (and thus much less stable) but it'd be cool...

Anyway, I wonder if them cutting back to two helmets was always the plan or if they decided to change it from three.  I think it makes more sense to do two per year, the sets last year seemed to sell okay (at least around me, they seemed to be selling really well at retail stores), that way they don't run out of potential candidates for helmets as quickly, since there's only really a dozen or so characters that have helmets recognizable enough to actually sell a $60-70 set of.

We should at least get a Rex. Cody would be a stretch (unrelated but the Codyjerk needs to end, I wanted him in the gunship too but chill, we'll get him eventually) but Rex is the most famous clone bar Boba, and we got a Boba. And actually Rex has had aeons more screen time. It makes too much sense for them not to make his helmet at some point.

Honestly we really only need three clone helmets. One p1, one p2, and a cody (for the visor). The sets just need to include some spare parts/stickers to represent different legions.

I would say that screen time in an animated show isn't equivalent to screen time in a film. More people still know boba than rex.

Supposedly a leaker is going to reveal who will be playing a live action “lost” character in the Ahsoka series who is not blue—I’m giving a vague description because I don’t know how to mark spoilers. Anyway, we will hopefully get them as a character!

Very curious to see who are they gonna cast for the role. Given these Mando set release schedules and all the shows we'll be getting in the next few years, it'll be a while before they make him I'm afraid

Apparently it’s Mena Massoud, the live action Alladin, but its still a rumor.

Yeah probably 2023 at the earliest if they don’t decide to do an individual remake for every X-Wing and TIE in RONR. Bad Batch probably won’t get anymore sets, Boba might get Jabba’s palace (if there’s no fake outrage about it again) and some antagonist bounty hunter’s ship for May 2022, and then Mando 3 will probably be the focus of the summer wave for 2022, even though I’m betting 2022 will be for SW like this year was for Marvel; stuff nearly every week (so Boba, Mando, Kenobi, Ahsoka probably).

A Jabba's palace would be ideal, but it would be strange to release it, well, without Jabba himself. The set potential for the next few years is crazy, can't wait to see what they have in store for us.

Guys, stop with these casting rumours, please. You think you’re being subtle but you’re really not. This forum already ruined the Ahsoka and Bo Katan reveals ahead of time for myself and a lot of others and now you’ve gone and ruined another one so thanks a bunch
