I don't think it's underscale. Spider droids are about the same height as battle droids.

I think thats a HOMING spider droid. I dont know what the smaller ones are called, but they are different.(EDIT: Which the Lego form is much worse than the prelim. pics :( )

Thanks for the new pics, Sam...I'm still only interested in the battle packs, but BOY AM I! I'm gonna have to keep an extra $50 in my wallet for the day I see them in stores so I can just grab them.

The Spider Droid in that set is a Dwarf one, as evidenced by this pic of a Dwarf Spider Droid.

Great find Sam *y* , so from these pics it looks to me like the anakin in the JSF will have a regular face and not the suspected new CW one.

Also i only see 3 figs with the Rogue Shadow, perhaps we wont get a shadow trooper with it after all.

i dont know why though. it's just a regular yellow pony tail hairpiece. i got plenty of those from the women soccer team set, which i bot on clearance. i prefer the black hatpiece. :-P

Well never say never with lego, but i would be very surprised if that was the case.

Now that Juno gets the blonde hairpiece (I'm happy that they haven't completely repalced tan with dark tan) I hope that the printed hair on the face becomes tan too, because if it remains brown there would be an annoying colour inconsistency.

it's most likely a printed helmet. lego likes to use printing when it comes to SW mfs. i doubt it would be a visor since the part doesnt move. it would be crazy to put a visor there and have kids just break it trying to get it to swivel downwards to cover the mf's face.

That is a good point! I still think it could be a real visor because it has about the same size. Well let's wait and see! We know more in a few months... :)

This is one instance where newer is not always better. The other sets look really cool, and can't wait to see reviews about them. The old version was a very oversized Technic version. This one's more accurate, size-wise.

I have the first verison and even though it's a good design it just dosen't look right next to the other SW sets, i really wish that lego would of found a different way to produce it without using technic.

Sure the new one is small but at least it fits in a lot better than the last one. :-/
