nice find that clone gunner is awsome. well lego store will be getting the sets in in about 3 weeks out here. TRU will get them in the week of christmas, hopefully before christmas they have them...

Awesome find mutley777 . The new clone looks after all a lot like the AT-TE gunner/pilot which is awesome and well this is now my favorite clone after the commanders and the captian .

Actually, the clone in the battle pack is a Clone Artillery Gunner (can be seen on the guns), not an AT-TE Commander. (Pic in video at 4:21)

They have similar armour but the AT-TE Commander has no gold helmet whereas the Artillery Gunner does.

The info I got was from a Wiki as well, but all of the sets were on the one we thnk to be true.

And yes Klaus-Dieter, it would make a helluva lota sense to include at least one Taun Taun and 2 Snowtroopers. But as I said, that was a Wiki.

That shouldn't be criticism on you - but criticism on the source, Justin2224. :classic:

So they know which one not to screw up on. :classic:
I remember a few years ago TLC made a poll so that AFOLs could vote for the set they wanted. There were about eight sets listed if I remember correctly. By the end of the next year, every set on the list had been released.

Then this polls make sometimes really sense! :hmpf:

An annotation to the Endor set:

I bet that it'll come with two Ewoks but without Endor Rebel Troopers. (To include only one Ewok wouldn't make much sense. The Endor Rebel Troopers might be inlcuded in the Home 1 set - if we hopefully get one.)

It may not be too interesting but it is confirmed that 2 people fit in the cockpit of the Republic shuttle:

(Notice that only Mace is on the ground and both the trooper and pilot are in the cockpit)

Sorry for the randomness!

P.S Awesome artillery gunner pic Muttley. Thanks

I posted that picture ages ago. I'll only put one in the cockpit as I'll only have the one pilot.

It's not as if everyone's seen it already. Besides, I wasn't going to search up to 50 pages back for the picture. :sadnew:

Anyway, why doesn't it come with two pilots?

Cause TLC is cheap on the rare minifigs we didnt even get a pilot on the RGS 7676. What was that about? I would have been happy with cody and a clone pilot.

Stop right there. :pir-hmpf: Oh boy, do you have much to learn...

Wait. Why is this even in Other Themes? And what in the world does it have to do with Christmas 2009?

Quote for truth, we should've gotten like 2 more minifigures, I mean it was $120 :sceptic:

Not to defend anything here, but wasn't the Arrest of Palpatine one of the exclusive TRU sets that we voted for a few months back? So, WIKI or not, there may be some truth to the rumor. I often wondered what set "won" the vote.

Wilkepedia is not a reliable soure. Many people say it too...

I was thinking about the detachable speeder in the AAT. I thought it may be awkward to put the pilot droid in from the top or back so there may be a seat or platform like in the MTT or AT-TE that pulls out to put the droid on. TLC may have just dressed it up to look like a separate speeder, like Maul's bike that fits in the back of the Scimitar.

This is just another idea other than having a STAP or whatever hidden in the back.

I personally think it won't have a speeder and this was just a typo type error thing, although I have been known to make mistakes.

I think and hope you're right.

But I too have been wrong once or twice during the last three decades

You, wrong? Never

But anyway, I think it would be a neat function if they had a speeder with the AAT. But only if it was in side the AAT :sceptic:

Wikipedia is perfectly fine.. Assuming that the article is referenced and sourced correctly. Unfortunatly, this one is not. It's nothing but a random update, with no source to where that information came from, which means it's almost definitely fake, especially considering a few of those sets are very hard to believe.

As a general rule for Wikipedia, don't trust any articles that have popular topics or fads. I.E., Lego, star wars, and so on.... 'cause some crazy obsessive (like us...) could change the article to suit their opinions/beliefs/hopes &wishes.

Read the post below you, I am not saying it is completely unreliable, just only unrelaible for some topics.

next year i would really like a kyshyyk playset. it would come with 5 wookies, chewbacca, 3 to 4 clones, and a big tree.

Since this is the rumor thread, I suggest you go to the "Future Star Wars sets"-topic, which is intended for discussing what you'd like to have in the future.
