If you look at Rex on the promo picture then you can see rex has a black streak on his helmit, could this be a new rex in another set?

Before you ascertain that it's black, first ascertain that the kama, pauldron, and such is black as well. :wink:

I have a spotting of the 2009 Clone Battle packs. My roommate was on the phone with his mother and she saw a battle pack in a Toys R Us in Maryland. I was a bit skeptical but she confirmed that it was in "a white box," "had the white guys from the bad movies," and also contained "a two legged walking thing." When we decipher the mom language it certainly sounds like the battle packs are out in some stores.

With today's exhchange rate, they're only slightly dearer than the US prices...

Thanks for the news alec634 :thumbup: . All the description seems to match perfectly except for the ones of 8016 and 8018. They say that both of them have a droid less. The 8016 is supposed to have three hunter droids and the 8018 is supposed to have three super battle droids :wacko: .

Do we have any rumors or confirmation on th price of Ahsoka's fighter? I checked the first post and didn't find anything. If I had to guess right now, I'd say it would be $25-30 USD.

ok let me start off by saying it was a good day for me :grin: . I went to my local TRU and to my surprise all of the 09 set were there, so i got them all hahaha. i do recommend if your in the states to check all of your local toy stores. anyways the only set that wasnt in the store was Ahsoka jed starfighter. i guess ill hit up walmart or target in the morning to see if they have any.....

I already have some of the 2009 SW sets, and let me tell you, the cloone battle pack is a piece o' crap... :hmpf_bad: Only get it for the figs. I would reccomend the AAT; best quality, all-around set from the new line. :sweet: I'm also wondering- what figs will come in the future Venator? Probably Anakin and Ahsoka, but I'd like maybe a clone-wars Luminara and a Republic officer or two. If it comes with only FIVE minifigs like the gunship I'm going to scream!!!! :thumbdown:

They were there. They had the CLone trooper pack, Droid pack and Hyena droid. THere was only about 2 of ech so someone must of bought them.

Well, looking at the next episode preview and the whole "pirates" theme of the expected episode, I think I now prefer a "pirate" fort than the pirate tank rumored :tongue: .

Well after all the AAT comes with an speeder and I just get how dissapointed I am :hmpf_bad: . That speeder looks like crap, just looking at the design looks extremly generic :thumbdown: . Also the AAT doesn´t features anything really special in function terms :cry_sad: .
