The other one could be the winning set of the choise in Spring this year! And I think this picture have an better qualitiy, isn't it? Greetings Bricks

Dracula Dooku? well, Christopher lee did play Dracula originally, and if you watch the AotC DVD when they were filming the final battle, they cut out little paper fangs onto the yoda model.

The pilot droid looks good, if not accurate, and it seems that the magnaguards don't have those black markings on their cape after all. Thanks, rcpeck, for the great pics of the AAT and Hyena Droid. The Hyenea Bomber actually doesn't look half bad when the wings are folded. Yoda in the AAT looks kind of weird from the back, with his wild hair, but he still looks okay. The new SBDs look great, but what really bothers me is that the BDs don't have any twisted arms- in fact, I haven't seen any twisted arms for the droids since the Hailfire and Spider Droid set... The speeder in the AAT is really crappy, IMHO...

def Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 I'm not loving Dooku's sailor. It seems like poor design on the part of Lucasfilm. I read yesterday that the first episode of Clone Wars in the new year will be called "Dooku Captured" so maybe it'll debut there? Maybe on screen, its charms will be revealed. The show has made the rest of these ships come to life, and there is a good chance I will buy each and every one. btw, cartoonnetwork will be showing all online from Dec. 22 to Jan. 2, so it's worth a look. I particularly liked the white version of the Republic Cruiser. I'd love to have that as a ship, but I guess it's too soon after the last red Cruiser.

Lego might be expensive for a toy but its NOT EXPENSIVE, how much have you people spent on drink and ciggs just this week? Its not $1000 to buy EVERY Star Wars set in a year - for a hobby thats pretty cheap ...how many other hobbies cost that little? TheBrickHitHouse, I´m no MOD/admin, and this might not be my thing to say, but I´m getting very irritated on people who write such things as you did. Just because $40 may not be much money for you, it can be very much money for some people. EuroBricks is supposed to be a friendly website, and it really isn´t a big deal that someone complains on a LEGO sets´ price. It´s you who are spoiling for us others when you are blaming other people for nothing. He doesn´t say tat he can´t afford $40 in a year, he is just saying that it is a too high price for such a small set. For me, $100 is a LOT of money and it is for many other people, too. Everyone isn´t rich, you know. You can´t compare LEGO with Ferrari, because Ferrari is one of the most expensive cars, and LEGO is a toy. Ferrari certainly is too expensive, but there is a lot of specialized pieces in a Ferrari car, and it isn´t made of plastic as LEGO is. Besides, there are many TFOLs on this site (tip; check my profile) who act more mature than many grown-ups ever will do. Take your own ´outrage´ as an example, you´re whining like a 12-year old, no offense. Please don´t blame other people for nothing in the future. If you continue to write things like this, you will most likely get banned. He can choose what he wants to buy, Lego IS an expensive hobby anywhere you go, and just because it may be worse for you, doesn't mean its not expensive for everyone else. Prices are different around the world we all know that. Discussing the prices always end in this (the above rants). Let's just discuss and enjoy or dislike the sets to come. I'm fed up with saying this and if it continues, you might wanna cool off in the chamber the for a week or two... (And on that note, it's of course allowed to talk about the price tag on the sets...just not the "it's too expensive in the US/UK/Singapore/Indonesia-ranting. I think you all know what I mean)
