Sithassassin Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 Yeah i didn't know it was only going to be at walmart. where did you find this?
amateur newbie Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 this was already discussed but i hope that the kamas are maid out of the soft plastic like exoforce hair. if not i will shave off the part that covers the front of the legs so that the clones can atleast move their legs forward
Sithassassin Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 Yeah, if it was like the exo force hair that would be cool. It wouldn't be paper but it wounldn't be solid. or if you really wanted you could just by some from mmcb minifig cloth accesories.
Navy Trooper Fenson Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 Here are my estimate to the prices of the TCW sets is: HMP 34.99€ 29.99$ IFT-X 45.99€ to 64.99€ 39.99$ to 49.99$ Twilight 94.99€ 89.99$ Spider Walker 25.99€ 19.99$ Hope I could help.

You must have program, which opened file *.pdf, like Adobe Acrobat Reader! I think, that I'll be helpfull! Have Fun! PS. Sorry, I'm not good in english! Yeah, we already figured this out. Thats how I figured out the peice number for the Separatist Spider Droid and estimated the price range a page back. Thanks for sharing your find, but next time, you might want to check and see if it has been found already. News gets found frequently here, so its always good to check! EDIT: Thanks for that, Rancor. I didn't know it would totally restrict the legs. Lame! Oh well, we should be happy with getting just the commanders. Commander accessories ON! Edited July 5, 2008 by Dark Sword Ragnarok
Bricks0937 Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 I know it's a little off topic, but I was browsing the Star Wars website and I saw a new ship for the Clone Wars. It wont let me copy the picture, but if you look under the gallery section on the front page, and look under the vehicles, its the first one in the second row. It looks like an imperial shuttle without a top fin and with republic color sceme. Anyone know? It would be an awesome LEGO set.
Sithassassin Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 Cool bricks0937 can you give us a link? just somethings to think about, what is plo koons head made out of? what is ahsokas headress made out of? what is with asajj ventress's light sabers there supposed to be curved not...... like that? Do rotta's arms move, is there a stud pieces on the bottom? hmmmm just somethings to think about, if anyone knows just tell us cause i sure don't.

Yes, a link would be nice. @SithAssassin: I think Plo Koon's head is normal plastic, Ahsoka's headress is either hard plastic or Dr. Inferno hairpeice plastic (slightly stiffer than Exo-force hair and stays on better) Asajj Ventress's lightsabers are supposed to be curved, I think. I dont think Rotta's arms move, but there is a stud on the bottom. Also off-topic (sort of) I finished adding up the peice count for the Droid Gunship; It's 326. So so far, my estimated prices are: Spider Droid: 19.99-24.99 USD Droid Gunship: 29.99-34.99 USD I will add more if I count anymore!
Skipper 24 Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 (edited) That ship in the gallery is sort of similar to Palpatines shuttle on Mustafar. I would rather have a Mustafar shuttle than that one though. Edited July 5, 2008 by Skipper 24
Bricks0937 Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 A link wont do much. No matter where you are on that front page, the link is the same, so it wont take you directly to that picture. Its just Starwars.com under gallery and vehicles.

Sithassassin Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 spider walker $19.99 Fighter tank $29.99-$39.99 droid gunship $29.99 twilight more than $59.99
Dark Sword Ragnarok Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 spider walker $19.99Fighter tank $29.99-$39.99 droid gunship $29.99 twilight more than $59.99 Didn't I just post two of those? We know the Twilight is going to be expensive, and I don't have enough patience right now to count all the peices. Maybe later though.
Tacitus Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 Okay, so I just checked out the instructions for the Twilight from the LEGO download. I have to say that it looks like a complicated build that really just ends up being a hollow box. The cockpit is very, very disappointing, and the main body is as empty as the Sandcrawler's- just space for technic gears.
TheBrickHitHouse Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 (edited) At first I wasnt too intrested in the fighter tank - hell, its so briefly seen its almost an expanded universe vehicle + I was miffed it didnt have Ki-Adi Mundi Looking at the instructions though I realise this may be one of the best sets this year - I just love the gunner's auto raising seat and the control room, really well thought out - I love the little details. It even has an accesible engine :) I'll have to get two of these Edited July 5, 2008 by TheBrickHitHouse

Alright, I decided to be so nice to go through the trouble of using the "Print Screen" key on my keyboard, photoshopping the pic, and putting it on my Flickr in order to post it. So, here you go: I still don't know what it's called, though, but it does seem to be related with the Theta-class T-2c shuttle. And yes, it would probably be an interesting set - better than the Twilight at least!
Sithassassin Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 that is one of the coolest ships ive ever seen thanx 4 the pic.
Bricks0937 Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 Thanks a ton Oky Wan! Maybe someone will know what its called. I figured it might be a early version of the Theta class, but it seems like more of a gunship. Anyway, I think it has potential as a set, hopefully down the line if they do more for the cartoon series.
Dark Sword Ragnarok Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 It does look really cool. I think it would be a great set, but it probably will never happen.

I don't remember seeing it in Ki's Order 66 scene, if it's the Battle of Mygeeto in ROTS you mean. Italics: It is, if I'm not mistaken above. It's majorly in comics and video games; usually stuff in stuff like that(stuff in stuff; I know. ) is Expanded Universe. Underlined: Agreed!
Dark Sword Ragnarok Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 Underlined: Agreed! Seriously, we NEED a Ki Adi Mundi minifig. Period.
commandosevy Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 I looks like it holds some vehicle.... It might hold a spider-clone vehicle... or it could just be a stylized gunship.
