Do we know if the Droid Gunship has landing gear or some way of standing up?

Er, yes. It has two studless TECHNIC bars with pointy ends at the rear which fold down. You can see it in the instructions.

Now back on topic, in that pic of Rotta and Asoka, does it look like Asoka's lightsaber blade is a little short? Or am I just imagining it? Also, Im getting the RGS on either the 26th or 27th. Yay me!

Since a Toysrus is near me I get the joys of Midnight Madness. Whooo... But if you can get me out of bed at 11:30 to drive a 30 minutes to Toysrus, then keep me awake enough to battle lines, little kids, and half asleep soccer moms, Then I might have to give you a medal. Which is why im going on the 27th.

Do you think they could include a Jabba's Palace in the Clone War Series. Maybe in 2009 if they don't drop it and move on to something else. It looks very possible, just look how many times in the trailer Jabba's Palace is used.

When talking about prices and price conversion, please be aware that TLG dont usually make exact conversions of currency.

Some sets are £20 in the UK, €32 in Europe, but THEN $20 in the USA.

I'm happy with the general prices, so I'm not complaining!

On a side note, I believe all the new ships (excluding perhaps the RGS) have landing gear for display.

The V-19 certainly has a clever landing gear function

OK, I guess I have some explaining to do.

OMG, are you retarded. The prices are on the first page. And if the prices were that much I would walk over to the tlc and shoot the person that determined these prices.

When I saw this post I thought 'Dang, did I write that?' I was tired(had just played tennis for a 1 1/2 hours) and in a hurry. I edited my post so it's at what I meant it to be at right now.

Then I read the words and actual message in the post and thought about how sensitive and touchy people are. :hmpf_bad:

The US price of the sets isn't

Magnaguard Starfighter: $59.61

V-19 Torrent: $79.50

AT-TE: $139.13

RGS: $178.93

HSD: $39.74

well the others i don't know...

its

Magnaguard Starfighter: $44.99

V-19 Torrent: $54.99

AT-TE: $89.99

RGS: $119.99

HSD: $19.99

thats what people who has the offical prices say though..

sorry... some might need it anyway

Yeah, sorry for the confusion. What I really meant to do was to see what XE would say; an experiment of sorts.

Sorry all, and sorry trooperdavinfelth. Please next time read the first page though. Its got the prices right on it and it could confuse others.

Yeah, well, I now know what I did wrong and it seemed I confused you more than I confused others since they've known about it long enough to know that I was wrong about it and knew XE was off anyway. :hmpf:

Yeah, it's clearly seen in almost all of the pics we've seen so far as well as the... *looks at below quote*

Ditto.

Yeah; good old TLC! That's why we don't go over there and kill them all; they give us good prices! (no offense to people angry about the Death Star  )

Yeah... Wait, does the Twilight?

EDIT: Wow, great to see loose pics of it! I like that we're getting eight 2x2 dark blue SNOT bricks...

Can't wait to see the V-19 review style(as opposed to Toyfair style; you know, following the rules and all that boring stuff. )!

He'll probably post a review on Brick Horizon! *suddenly feels the need to go to Brick Horizon*

Plus, it's been my avatar since Friday. But thanks anyway - I know how big this thread is and no-one really has time to go through 50 pages.

I had to laugh when I read this...

Can't wait for mutley's review of the V-19; he has both... And I wonder if he'll find any more CW stuff where he found those two! :oh:

Here's the new BrickMaster Exlcusive turbo tank

I already posted that one a couple of pages ago, but no one seemed to really care. :hmpf_bad:

I read this and laughed. I saw it too. But no one seemed to take any interest in it.

I will search for the new CW sets ASAP.

It seems they are in stock at Woolies.

If I get ANY of the sets before someone else I will try and post a review.

I already can't review the V-19 or DGS though.

Wow, V-19 Torrent is expensive. *huh* Anyways, does anyone know the droid gunship price? I am thinking it's $30...

£35 in the UK (at Woolworths, where there are occasional markups - the SI was £35 instead of £25), so probably about $40. :sceptic:

I'd be very surprised if the DGS was $40 - I'd say $30, maybe $35 but not $40. :sceptic:

Well, that's kinda since we had already seen it on Lego.com rather clearly and didn't reveal much.

But Hinckley should know better...

I don't think anyone has noticed already, but in whung's brickshelf folder, he posted pics of building the at-te.

sorry, don't have a link.

I looked through his folder and can't see any pics of that type, where are they

However, I did see that he has all the cache box pics of all the CW 2008 sets!!!

Kim-T might want to add them to the first post in the thread

Sorry if this takes up a lot of space :sadnew:

We have the box art, the instructions are online, so why can't we get the sets already?!?! This wait is becoming very frustrating. But the wait seems as though it will be remarded.

Not at all; great pics indeed! Definitely good to see final pics; a certain sign that they're coming very soon.

So why can't you just wait 11 more days for them to come out? Jeez, it has a street date. Some people just don't know the meaning of patience...
