Not one atom of my body believes this list to be real. It's just too perfect. I'm actually surprised a taun-taun set wasn't on the list to be the cherry on the cake.

Genosis battle, Padme's cruiser, Tantive IV, Millenium falcon and Endor base are always on top of fan's lists and this list seems only to serve their fantasies.

I'll happily eat my words if we are given some solid evidence though.

Well we know the last 6 on that list are true, but weren't there more on Whung's list? And are his list's usually right?

I went to Toys r us and asked if i could have a look at the products catalogue for next year. I was suprised she said yes which was good.I had a look at it and it had the january 2009 sets there but on the second last page it had a long list of coming soon legos on it. I picked out the star wars ones

8020: Ashoka's Starfighter $20

8021: Tri Droid $30

8022: Republic Star Destroyer $120

8023: Episode 1: Gungan Bongo Sub $40

8024: Episode 2: Geonosian Arena $80

8025: Episode 3: Naboo Cruiser $50

8026: Episode 4: Tantive IV $60

8027: Episode 5: Mellenium Falcon $100

8028: Episode 6: Rebel Endor Base $50

they just listed the price and set number. I also asked about the competition sets and they said that none of the staff here know only lego excectutives know. but she didnt let me keep the catalogue. I'll try to get it next time I go and scan the page.

Thank you very much for that information, JimboJones! :sweet:

I'm very sceptic about this list:

On the one hand it seems to be very likely that TLG will release minimum one set of every episode next year. Consequently this list makes sense. And there are some sets on this list which were mentioned by Whung before, too.

On the other hand there are a lot of signs which speak against the trueness of this list:

First of all legomilk mentioned that the set numbers were already mentioned and that TLG supposably wouldn't use already used set numbers for new sets. (Thank you for this information, legomilk! :sweet: )

Secondly the set prices are partly very unrealistic - most of the sets (if this list is right) are really too cheap for the normal prices.

Thirdly I highly doubt that TLG is able to produce three giant SW sets in one year (Tantive 4, Republic Star Destroyer and Millenium Falcon). Of course you never can know but ...

Fourthly the set name "Rebel Endor Base" must be wrong since the Rebels had no base on Endor - only the Imperials. And TLG surely don't give wrong set names.

Fifthly I highly doubt that TLG will release two giant sets of the OT in one year (Tantive 4 and Millenium Falcon). And that the Millenium Falcon will be again from episode 5 would be strategic not very wise - from episode 6 would be much better (think mainly about the minifigs: Lando and as a new minifig Nien Numb).

Consequently I must say that I think that some of the sets surely are true - but some other sets aren't true and the most prices surely aren't true. :sceptic:

I'd say that the first three sets are possibilities (8020-8022). This is only because he have seen them mentioned dozens of time before.

Ahsoka and RSD should be on Whung's list.

The Tri-Droid was rumored before anything was revealed.

Does someone know from which episode(s) the Pirate Tank is?

And does someone know the Y-Wing will be a "normal" OT fighter or something from CW/FU/EU?

Well Legomilk has just proved that the latest list is fake. I suggest we stop posting lists until something is confirmed, because this is getting silly

Let's assume for now that the original list posted is the real list (it included most of the confirmed non-SW sets as well):

Star Wars™ Solar Sailor/Count Dooku's Solar Sailor™

Star Wars™ Star Wars TM (Pirate Tank)

Star Wars™ Star Wars TM

Star Wars™ Star Wars TM (Separatists Shuttle)

Star Wars™ Star Wars TM (Y-wing)

Star Wars™ Star Wars TM (Endor Battle Playset)

Star Wars™ Star Wars TM (Republic Star Destroyer)

Star Wars™ Clone Troopers/Clone Walker Battle Pack

Star Wars™ Assassin Droids/Assassin Droids Battle Pack

Star Wars™ Vulture Bomber/Hyena Droid Bomber ™

Star Wars™ Darth Vader Tie Fighter/Darth Vader's TIE Fighter ™

Star Wars™ AAT/Separatist AAT ™

Star Wars™ Attack Shuttle (Republic Attack Shuttle ™)

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Don't be surprised if that list gets removed.I posted the same list before and it got removed by other admins...

I dont know of the Pirate Tank. Corporate Alliance Tank Droid maybe?

And I think the Y-wing is from the Clone Wars.

Friends as what they say at the forum make sure you have hard evidence that you have something.

I am also working on something and I hope that I am about 5 weeks the first photos can place.

thanks milk, I am happy to hear that. In the past weeks rumors here went a bit crazy. And you are one of the few some old EB user can take serious! Looking forward for your news! :classic:

Venator class - sized as a mini.

Check the first post of this thread for a picture.

If that is what you meant.

That depends on wether we're discussing the Brickmaster set or a rumoured Star Destroyer.

But I think it will be the Venator Class - if and that's IF we're getting a Star Destroyer.

I don't know if anybody else has noticed this already, but jedinews has put up a new list.

Erhmm...I don't think that link is working properly.

I think you're looking for this

A very nice rumour they've got going there.

I hope it's right.

Corporate Alliance Droid

- the tri-droid thing?

Y-Wing

- We've heard of this CW version before. Now they say it's OT

Tauntauns

- A set? Or just in a set? Perhaps a BP

Separatist Shuttle

- This we've heard of earlier

Endor Ultimate Battle

- Mmmmm, that would be great

The Venator

- Star Destroyer as requested

Well, I read the Star Wars Wikia page for the RSD, and its supposedly an early design for the Victory-Class SD. My guess it was never produced, nor will make any appearance in The Clone Wars TV series. It has only appeared in one book, and nothing else.

Republic Star Destroyer has always been just an easier name to remember than Venator-Class. Like how most people prefer the term Republic Attack Cruiser.

And KimT, this is the Corporate Alliance Droid. Also known as the Tank Droid or Snail Tank.

The Tri-Droid was developed by the Techno Union.

I'm just going to wait a little longer to decide what I think is real. These sets are just less thank a year away and already we're getting lists? :sceptic:

Just a question, though-- why do we want tauntauns so bad?

Arw nuts.

A remake...we've already got one of those.

Looks like we're in for a few of those this time.

They've already remade the ATTE, RGS and ATAT.

And now the Vader's Tie is going to pester us again.

Damn.

I hope the Star Destroyer will be awesome.

I think it is because we have had a good amount of Hoth based sets, but none included Taun Tauns.

There were 2 Snow Speeders, Hoth Rebel Base, and 2 AT-ATs.

5 opportunities, and all were missed.

Arw nuts.

I wouldn't worry about it. Re-makes are less bricky in appearance and much smoother. I would like to see a re-make of this Droid, but without the trans-neon orange plates, and with some solid dark bley ones.

Yes, that is it exactly. Thanks.

Just a question, though-- why do we want tauntauns so bad?

Simple--Because we don't already have them.

Plus, if you ever get the urge to destroy a tuantuan, just give Han a lightsaber and blame him.

I think that this list is plausible. Lego would definitely release a set from each movie considering it is the tenth anniversary. I would like it these sets were released.

Interesting... "Graveyard (from KOTCS)" in the Indy line up...

I don't know who to believe but by the looks of it there will be either a Corporate Alliance Droid or Tri-Droid.

Taun Tauns sounds quite vague, it's as if it could be some Taun Taun pen where they're kept.

On another side note, I wonder if there are any Agent rumours somewhere? :look:

I want one that is by itself and not $40. If this is true I can see it being $20. But this list still has no Tri-Droid or Ahsoka's Starfighter. Both of which I wanted to get a cheaper Rex and Ahsoka.

We also don't have Jar Jar wearing the Jabba's slave outfit, nor do we have pink battle droids, but no one seems to be complaining about that...
