I just got my latest LEGO Catalog in the mail 10 mins ago and scanned this pic from it! :cry_happy:

Btw, if this set is featured in a catalog that is available to the public, and if it's set to be released in two months, I don't think it's very prelim. So, anyone who doesn't like it's design will have to deal with it. And if there was anything like a sail included (which wouldn't make much sense IMO), I think they would show it on the picture.

There was a thing at BigW for "Spend over $40 on LEGO and get a free subscription to LEGO Club magazine" So yea...I couldn't be bothered paying $15 :grin:

I think I make out that it will fit 2 Manga guards and one speeder in the back.

Does anyone else see what it says?

You know.. I just realize that the Solar Sailer picture shows the ship from the back! :tongue: At first I thought the light gray TIE thingies were actually the dome before I looked at the official picture! :P I would like to have a Clone Wars Dooku, just so he fits in, and I dislike the magnaguards. It would be 100 times better if 2 things happened. 1. They need posable legs, like the actual ones. 2. They need to have removable head cape thingies! Those things are so ugly! :P

Awesome about the catalogues, and for the AAT: I am sad at the detachable speeder. It's hideous, but I am oh, so happy that there's a door lift up in the back to hide it! :tongue: And if there isn't... well I'll have to do some modification!

EDIT: Just a pointer, The CIS shuttle is DEFINITELY not gonna be the H landing craft. That would have to be the size of a house.. and it's NOT a shuttle. :tongue: It's probably the Neimiodian shuttle with Nute Gunray.

Well we have a promotional thing here in Australia - $14.95 AUSD and you get 4 LEGO Club magazines a year and they send you a catalog with them. And its for a lifetime*

But BigW here had a special thing where if you spend $40 AUSD or more on LEGO you get it for free, Which is how I got mine. :thumbup:

Sorry if somebody has pointed this out, but...

..it looks like the back grey domes have hinges to open up. Maybe for the speeder?

And I think it looks pretty good. You can also kind of see a fig's hand in the cockpit-window at the front.

I have to say I actually like the Solar Sailor, the grey dome on the back may actually be some sort of room for cargo or droids or something. Has TLC truly given us an interior for a small Lego space-craft? Or is it just to good to be true? Can't wait to see more pictures, and thank you all for posting them :classic:

I just can't get used to those tan minifigs (their abominations!) and when I did start accepting them, they went and made the eyes all big. And I'm sure the hair will be weird as hell, also. Thank god I got the $10 set with him in it.

I wonder if Dooku's triangular beard is going to be connected to his hair or his neck. Perhaps there's no beard?

What would a CW Count Dooku be without a ridiculous oversized beard? :tongue:

Most likely the beard will be printed on the head, anyway. :sadnew:

Sorry if it was already given out, but this is what the description reads

Commanding the Separatist assault on the Republic, Count Dooku flies from battlefield to battlefield in his Solar Sailor Starship. The Sith Lord's MagnaGuards and personal speeder make him nearly impossible to catch.

I think it should've read "flees" instead of flies :grin:

That Ebay guy is saying that there are 4 super battle droids in the set, he say is in Q&A.

Which is odd, since the box depicts 7 minifigs.

1 x Clone Trooper

1 x Yoda CW

2 x Battle Droids

3 x Super Battle Droids

Now who's wrong?

The box or the seller on eBay? (rhetorical question)

Maybe the 'speeder' (:sick:) goes throught the back and slots into the cockpit, to act as both the cockpit and the 'speeder'. I'll check the pictures. Yeh, looks like it. Good idea if it does. :thumbup:

Without a sail, it does look odd, but with the likely inclusion of Magnaguard(s) and a fleshie Dooku, this set is a winner for me. Plus I'm a sucker for anything Geonosian-built. And my birthday's in February. :tongue:

I just got the AAT from my Toys R Us here in Kentucky. There are 7 minifigs; Yoda, Clone Trooper, 3 SBD's with the rocket arms, and 2 regular battle droids. The speeder does act as the cockpit and also acts as a hatch in the back. You can see in that ebay link how there's two sections to the speeder, well you put the speeder into the back of the AAT and the front snaps in place and the back half lifts up to form a sort of hatch on the back of the AAT. The little black piece on the very back of the speeder acts as a handle to pull it back down and out of the AAT. Does that make sense?

I wont have a camera until this weekend, but if no one has done one by then I can possibly do one. I also have the hyena droid too, which is nice (and ginormous).
