any one got the 2007 calendar? look on the door thing and near the dock theres figs ice skating with ACTUAL ICE SKATES

The Apprentice in TFU was "captured" when young and almost 'nurtured' by Vader to grow up in his own 'mold', I think. :-)

Well you should watch the Clone Wars which is brilliant ;-) Nearly as Brilliant as tha OT I say ;-)

I don't deny that these movies are nice (by the way: I can't deny because I haven't seen them yet) and I even don't say that Lego SW sets which aren't based on the OT are bad - some of them are yet great (e. g. the AT-PT). But because of several reasons (I wrote some pages ago) I'm not interested in non-OT sets. That's how it is - and it surely won't change. Of course I beny people who have the place and the money to buy alle SW sets they can get - and some of the sets even two or three times. But when you are not only a SW fan but a City (and WW and Classic Castle) fan, too, you (or at least I) have to prioritise!

But know back to the topic: Since all these 8 CW sets are listed for summer - does anybody know if this means that we'll perhaps get some other sets in fall, too, or are these now all SW sets for 2008?

The OT made me come back to Lego and now I have turned into a SW freak wanting all from all universes (except Ep2 clones :-P ). + I love licences (Batman, SB, Indy) + city + Castle *wacko* And I'm drastically getting short on money and space !!

Rest assured, I am positive we'll have more sets needing to be revealed for next fall !! I do expect betweeen 3 or 4 like this year ;-) And there might be a couple o sweet OT sets in there !! lets hope !!

Yeah; why is it a SW calendar? Lego has never done that before, but if it has little doors with new figs and new scenes, I'm buyin'! Perhaps some elaboration is required?

I see your point. Looking For A Display Name, perhaps this should have gone in another 2008 set thread? It is rather off-topic. But then again, the title is deceiving. He who has not read the entire thread might assume that this thread is for all 2008 sets, not just SW. But he who has at least seen what forum this is in might figure that out. Btw, and back on topic, anyone think the Rebel Fleet Troopers could be used in conjunction with a shako?Determined look + chinstrap... 8-

As for the troops, there not mindless clones but actual people, and I don't think they would like me to trade them for a Hottie(although I tempted) X-D

Sorry but you are wrong, what you are seeing is hi res pics of both the prototype apprentice and the final version. The fig with a luke face and brown hair is the proto and the other with black hair is the final version.

No it is not! It's 2 different heads, there is no anakin head in this set! It was only used on that 1 pic, that pic is a prelim pic.

Anyways, only new sets im particularily interested in are the hailfire droids and battle packs. As for Annies head, I dont mind it really.
