Tarfful Posted March 25, 2008 Posted March 25, 2008 I feel so bad for you, but then I can buy it without having to wait. :'-) Well anyway I wonder how long the TX-130s, and how long Droid Gunship is. I'm guessing TX is 15" long at the most and the CIS Gunship is 15" too. *wacko* Long live "Genesis! *sweet* I think you over estimated Commandosevy I have both pics on my BrickShelf folder, and I counted/estimated the stud length of both and calculated the estimated length of both in inches. For the TX-130S Fighter Tank my estimation of the stud length is between 30-35 studs long making it about 9-10.5 inches long. For the Droid Gunship the pic is a little blurry so my estimation and calculation are a little more rough, my stud length estimation is 35-45 studs long making it anywhere from 10.5-13.5 inches long, not including the large gun in the front of the DGS. The scale I used was 5 studs=1.5 inches. On another note I am, for once in my life, happy that I have a Wal-Mart close by. :-D General Tarful
commandosevy Posted March 28, 2008 Posted March 28, 2008 I guess I did over estimate, but what is the piece used on the Droid Gunship?
JimBee Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 that big round grey piece? i think its a big disk, like the hailfire tank ones, but bigger ;-)
ExoBuilder Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 that big round grey piece? i think its a big disk, like the hailfire tank ones, but bigger ;-) Ehh, doesn't look like it. I think it might be a grey version of the wings of This. I may be wrong though. *sweet*
trooperdavinfelth Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Gotta agree with EB. That was my guess, because it would leave room inside the gunship for added playability! *sweet*
commandosevy Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Ehh, doesn't look like it. I think it might be a grey version of the wings of This. I may be wrong though. *sweet* Yea it could be that and that piece the hail fire droid has to connect the treads. I hope we get some new pics of the TX 130s and the DGS, and the Twilight and the big spider droid. New pics come soon!!! well any ways Long live the Old Testiment
JimBee Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 Ehh, doesn't look like it. I think it might be a grey version of the wings of This. I may be wrong though. *sweet* yeah, i think your right, but ive never seen those pieces before... but i guess its not a disk... *wacko*
ExoBuilder Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 yeah, i think your right, but ive never seen those pieces before... but i guess its not a disk... *wacko* They're on most of the Mars Mission jelly fighters. It can be made a disk, as seen Here. *sweet*
JimBee Posted March 29, 2008 Posted March 29, 2008 oh, thanks for clearing that up, ExoBuilder! i havent bought mars mission sets in a long time, i think since first ones came out, so i didnt recognize those pieces. thanks *sweet*
Dovchenko Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 I'll take a V-Torrent, A Magnaguard Fighter and Anakin's Fighter please? Buying that Anakin ship tommorrow night before my birthday, first lego for four months. Then, I'll hold bout 120$ until August and buy the other two ships. Sorry if it sounded braggy, I'm just a little overly-enthusiastic about these sets.
Trudop561 Posted April 3, 2008 Posted April 3, 2008 This topic is boring now 1 month ago, it was cool. We had new pics each weeks and frequently news.
Natman8000 Posted April 3, 2008 Posted April 3, 2008 This topic is boring now1 month ago, it was cool. We had new pics each weeks and frequently news. I would probably think that is spam since I did the same thing and got yelled at(sorta) patience is the key now.
Professor Flitwick Posted April 4, 2008 Posted April 4, 2008 i haven't looked at this thread for a while (since the toyfair pics were shown here). I just looked at the pics on the first page and i noticed there are now pic to have on the side of the gunship: the monkey lizard and Alyaa in clone gear and i was wandering, do they both come with the set, or is it pot-luck, or do we not know yet? It has probably been posted, but I just too lazy to search all 150+ pages.

If the topic's boring to you, then(quite frankly) that's your problem. We've had pauses in the news like this before, but it's comments like this that, as Natman said, are declared spam. >:-( i haven't looked at this thread for a while (since the toyfair pics were shown here). X-D Yes, I'm pretty sure you get both in the box, seeing as one Toyfair had one and the other had the other. ;-) Edited April 4, 2008 by trooperdavinfelth
