"Oh my that is... dreadful! Right away, I'll be back in a few minutes. Perhaps I contact the authorities to meet us at the station?"

Soren lets Zaria have her piece, before cutting back in to the matters at hand.

Anyways, I believe you said something about giving us a stiff drink for our troubles. Is there a chance I can instead ask a question? Particularly, are you aware of any Quaarms on board?

Zaria ponders on the question longer than she'd like to admit before giving the only reasonable response. "I feel like that would be for the best.  As the individual responsible for killing the man, if need be, I will answer any questions they might have upon arriving. If you could get me the bag, I will place the severed head into it. I do not wish to cause you anymore undue stress than I already have. From there, I recommend placing the remains away from the stowaway if you could direct me in the location of someplace that could hold them. I believe the other stowaway should face justice, but I also believe it cruel to just leave a severed head next him for the remainder of the trip."

“Understood. I’ll get you that bag and ensure the authorities are notified about the situation.”

“Yes, fresh plasma potions for each of you. I’ll fetch those also. There are two Quaarm on board, do you think one of them was mixed up in this stowaway business?”

I think it'd be worth a look. Can you give us info on these Quaarm, like where on the train they might be staying?

Thank you.

Soren turns to the other two in his party, ushering them a step back from the waiter.

There was a dwarf with an M-Tec uniform in our car, and two Quaarm in Business Class. Those are our targets. It might be smart to split up and tail them both at the same time. Hopefully they should lead us to the device.

Zaria responds as her companion turns to speak to her and Yelana, allowing Soren to finish speaking with the attendant out of respect.

"I am not opposed to splitting up, although I do believe it might be wiser to instead make our way back to our car and see if the dwarf is still present, and then make our move. If the two are split up, it might mean one is a decoy while the other isn't . We were informed that it would be one quaarm and a dwarf with the case, so we should be careful not to tail the wrong person."

'Makes sense to me. Let's head back to the car.

"I thought you managed to obtain the data from the key card?" Zaria whispered. "There is too much luggage in here to search while the attendant watches. Your stress is pushing you to rashness. Relax. We have time until we reach our destination."

"Some, not all of it! I'd still need to hack the door, and. . . "
Yelana took a deep breath.
"Maybe you're right - I can get a little anxious when things go off the rails like this."

Yelana takes the Cloaking Generator out of her backpack and fiddles idly with it, breaking pieces of the casing off as she does so.
"No need to split up -
Our car is Business Class. And don't forget the second merc team - We need to keep an eye out for them, too."

"Don't worry about him - We'll keep him with us for the rest of the trip. I doubt he'll try anything with Zaria around! By the way, did you happen to see a couple guys in black cloaks? I saw a few hanging around the station before we left, kinda sus. It may be nothing, but it's a connection we should probably check out. Oh - And I didn't catch your name."

"... no. No, we absolutely cannot have him tag along with us. That is unacceptable." Zaria replied. "I do not want to consistently fear the threat of being clobbered with a bottle or shanked with a shiv during this trip." She turned to the attendant. "Is there any rope or cord on the train? Otherwise, perhaps there is a spare room on board that he can be kept in?"

"One of the train's engineers may, I can check with them." Bloeberis departs and a few minutes later returns with a carbon-fiber cord. The heroes take a minute to bind the Tvilgard to one of the empty luggage racks ensuring he's unarmed and unable to escape.

Soren notices the flickering around Yelana, but nothing beyond that. Still, when her image resolidifies, he gives a pointed glance in her direction.

They were stowaways. They were on the train so that they could stow away. You saw how intense the lines were - this is a luxury venture and not everyone has the credits to make that work. 'Sides, you tried cooperating and they weren't big fans of it.

Now are we going to sit and gab or are we going to the economy car? We have a job to do.

"Then I believe majority rules." Zaria replies. "Bloeberis, I will take a moment to handle the remains of one of the heads and we will be out of your way." Zaria takes a moment place Maba's head in a sack, ties it, and then places it at the end of a luggage aisle where she would remember it being. She then takes her respective plasma potion and bows in thanks. "Thank you for the offering. It is your commendable service that allows a priest like I to carry on down the trail."

Zaria took her seat, relaxing for a moment as she stretched her legs out. She knew this couldn't last, as there was work to do, but the previous fight was more harrowing than she wanted to admit.

"You two heard what I heard the attendant say, right?" Zaria said softly, grinning to herself. "The cars are soundproof. Interesting..."

Zaria crossed her arms, speaking in a hushed tone. "Nothing concrete yet. However, this is beneficial for us to know. If the cars do not have any security detection onboard the train, as the stowaways prove as they slipped in and were not caught, we have more going for us than I initially thought. I would have expected someone to hear the racket we made in the baggage car, and yet," Zaria motions to the crowd in the economy car, "everyone here is none the wiser of the fight we participated in.

If the cars are soundproof, it means no one outside of the car will notice if we make a bit of noise as we move towards our target."

At that, Soren leaned back, taking everything in. This could get interesting.

Eyes drawing back to the dwarf, Soren studied his motions, trying to get insight on his mood.

"It could." Zaria shifted her eyes towards the dwarf. "And if there is a quarm in the business car, what is he, the dwarf, doing here? One would expect the two to be together if they were travelling, would you not? My initial thought was perhaps the quarm had made off to use some sort of facility, but they're not here after our fight in the baggage car.

I think together as a group we move to the business car and do some investigating, and then move to the car attached to it. It would not hurt to familiarize ourselves with the trains layout."

'Kay, but our dwarven friend looks pretty skittish. I'm 'fraid he might bolt off if we don't keep an eye on him.

Soren absently scratched at his chin. I recognize the virtue of exploring what we have to work with, I'm just worried 'bout our mission. That's a broad-scope problem, though - I'll leave the intricate plans to you. What do you reckon is best?
