LM71Blackbird Posted June 26, 2021 Posted June 26, 2021 Military Supply Depot After the Terraversian Conflict had drawn to a close and the land had been divided among rulers and nations, military supply depots began to spring up across the Island. In the Olean held portions, where a large portion of the loyalists reside, differing ideas threaten the newfound unity. Determined to keep order and peace for years to come, the Generals of the Kingdom of Light have established supply routes with depot along the way to keep the troops in the area well fed and with the supplies they need to retain order. Supply Depot 1 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr Some of the newer depots require inspection before they are included on the official paperwork and military maps. At one of the new depots in Nola Mar, a Officer and his aide are riding in to conduct such an inspection. Supply Depot 4 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr Supply Depot 2 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr Built like fortresses, they can quickly be used as strong positions in war time. Supply Depot 3 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr This depot is fully stocked and ready to be put into full service! C&C are welcome and appreciated and thanks for looking! Quote
Thomas Waagenaar Posted June 26, 2021 Posted June 26, 2021 Great looking depot! Definitely don't want to mess with the guys in there, if they run out of ammo they'll have plenty of other things to throw at you it seems! ^^ Quote

Yes, after they run out of lead, hammers and crowbars will be coming off the tower next! Quote
NOD Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 Good construction. I particularly like the battlement next to the gate. The soldier who plays the mandolin seems to like it too. Quote
Ross Fisher Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 I love the fact that, among all those arms and armaments, it's a pair of scissors that that soldier really wanted! A really nice build overall. The Canon will note that you chose not to support the clerics, however. Quote
blackdeathgr Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 Nicely built, great baseplate, minifigs well chosen! Quote

I wanted to make it more than just a square building and I think it turned out pretty well. 18 hours ago, Ross Fisher said: I love the fact that, among all those arms and armaments, it's a pair of scissors that that soldier really wanted! I'm sure the Canon will be thankful should anyone come knocking on Olean's door looking for a fight! 4 hours ago, blackdeathgr said: Nicely built, great baseplate, minifigs well chosen! Thank you! Ayrlego Posted July 1, 2021 Posted July 1, 2021 I think this may be my new favourite of yours in physical bricks! The colour palette is probably not one I would consider (I mean sand green and lime green.... bold Sir, very bold!!!) but it works so well!!! The white and the grey also make for an interesting weathered look. The building itself has a great amount of details and the base plate elevates the whole build really nicely. Overall it's just a really great aesthetic and a fantastic entry. Well done! Quote

I'm glad it turned out as I hoped! Quote
